अंडा चोप्स

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Egg (अंडे) ---------- 2

Red chilli (लाल मिर्च) ---------- 2

Peppercorn (काली मिर्च) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Fennel (सौंफ) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Small onion (छोटी प्याज) ---------- 4

Garlic (लहसुन) ---------- 2 pods

Ginger (अदरक) ---------- a small piece

Tomato (टमाटर) ---------- 1

Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ते) ---------- a few

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Oil (तेल) ---------- As required

How to make Egg Chops (अंडा चोप्स बनाने की विधि)

-> First Boiled the Egg (अंडे) and cut lengthwise and set aside. (अंडे को उबाले और लम्बाई में काटे)

-> Now Cut Tomato (टमाटर), Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ते) finely. (टमाटर, धनिया पत्ते को बारीक़ काटे)

-> Take the Red chilli (लाल मिर्च) + Peppercorn (काली मिर्च) + Fennel (सौंफ) + Small onion (छोटी प्याज) + Garlic (लहसुन) + Ginger (अदरक) in a grinder and make a paste. (लाल मिर्च + काली मिर्च + सौंफ + छोटी प्याज + लहसुन + अदरक को मिक्सी में पीस ले)

-> Now heat Oil (तेल) in a frying pan. Now add Tomato (टमाटर) + ground paste (पीसा मसाला पेस्ट) + Salt (नमक) and fry for a few minutes. (तेल + टमाटर + पीसा मसाला पेस्ट + नमक को फ्राई करे)

-> Now you add 1/2 cup of water (पानी) and cook. (पानी मिलाये और पकाये)

-> When the gravy thickens, add Egg (अंडे) + Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ते) and cooked it for 2 minutes. After off the gas. (जब ग्रेवी गाढ़ी होने लगे तो इसमें अंडे + धनिया पत्ते मिलाये और पकाये)

-> Egg Chops (अंडा चोप्स) is ready.
