अंडा चटनी कबाब

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Boiled Eggs (उबले अंडे) ---------- 2

White Egg Beaten (व्हाइट अंडा फेटा हुआ) - 1

Oil (तेल) ---------- As required

For Chutney (चटनी के लिये)

Grated coconut (कसा हुआ नारियल) ---------- 3/8 cup

Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) ---------- 1

Ginger Garlic paste (अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट) ---------- 2 smallspoon

Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ते) ---------- 1/2 cup

Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

How to make Egg Chutney Kebab (अंडा चटनी कबाब बनाने की विधि)

-> First take the Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) + Grated coconut (कसा हुआ नारियल) Ginger Garlic paste (अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट) + Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ते) in a grinder and grind it and make a paste. You can add little water if required. (हरी मिर्च + कसा हुआ नारियल + अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट + धनिया पत्ते को मिक्सी में पीस ले)

-> After chutney get ready add Salt (नमक) + Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस) and mix it well. (अब इसमें नमक + नींबू का रस मिलाये, चटनी तैयार है)

-> Heat the Oil (तेल) in a fry pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then take the egg pieces (अंडे के टुकड़े) and cover it with the chutney (चटनी) and dip in white White Egg Beaten (व्हाइट अंडा फेटा हुआ) and fry it carefully till it turn to golden brown or crisps. (अंडे के टुकड़ो को चटनी में डीप करे फिर व्हाइट फेटा अंडे में डीप करे और गरम तेल में तल ले)

-> Egg Chutney Kebab (अंडा चटनी कबाब) is ready. Served it with tomato sauce (टमाटर की चटनी). (टमाटर की चटनी के साथ परोसे)
