Egg Custard

अंडा कस्टर्ड

Ingredients (सामग्री)


Eggs (अंडे) ---------- 2

Sugar (चीनी) ---------- 6 smallspoon

Milk (दूध) ---------- 200 ml

Vanilla essence (वेनिला एसेंस) ---------- ½  smallspoon


How to make Egg Custard (अंडा कस्टर्ड बनाने की विधि)


-> Break Eggs (अंडे) in a vessel and beat well till yellow and white mix and  there is no foams. (अंडे को फेटे)


-> Now you add Milk (दूध) + Sugar (चीनी) + Vanilla essence (वेनिला एसेंस) and stir till sugar dissolves. (अब इसमें दूध + चीनी + वेनिला एसेंस मिला कर चीनी घुलने तक फेटे)


-> Now transfer the egg mixture (अंडे का मिश्रण) to a ghee smeared cup (घी लगा कप). Cover the cup and tie with a thread. (अंडे का मिश्रण को घी लगे कप में पलटे और कप को कवर कर ले)


-> Boil water (पानी) in a flat vessel. Place the cup in the water. And Cover the vessel with a lid. (पानी को उबाले और इसमें कप को रख दे और ढक दे)


-> Boil the vessel on a low flame for 10 - 15 minutes.(10 - 15 मिनट तक उबाले)


-> To check if the egg (अंडे) is cooked, insert a spoon or knife. If contents do not stick, they are cooked. (अंडा पका है या नहीं ये चेक करने के लिये चाकू को कस्टर्ड के अन्दर डाल कर देखते है अगर चाकू  साफ़ बहार आता है तो कस्टर्ड पक गया है)


-> Egg Custard (अंडा कस्टर्ड) is ready.
