Egg Cutlet

अंडा कटलेट

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Boiled egg (उबले हुए अंडे) ---------- 2

Raw egg (कच्चे अंडे) ---------- 2

Garam Masala powder (गरम मसाला पाउडर) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Fine Flour (मैदा) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Butter (मक्खन) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Milk (दूध) ---------- 1 cup

Lime juice (नीबू का रस) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Rusk powder (सुखी रोटी का पाउडर) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Oil (तेल) ---------- For fry

How to make Egg Cutlet (अंडा कटलेट बनाने की विधि)

-> Heat Butter (मक्खन) in a frying pan. When Butter (मक्खन) is melt then add Fine Flour (मैदा) + Garam Masala powder (गरम मसाला पाउडर) + Salt (नमक) and fried it. (मक्खन + मैदा + गरम मसाला पाउडर + नमक को फ्राई करे)

-> Now cut the Boiled egg (उबले हुए अंडे) into small pieces and add to the pan. (उबले हुए अंडे को छोटे टुकड़ो में काटे)

-> Now you add Lime juice (नीबू का रस) and mix well. Cool this mixture and Make the cutlets in desired shapes. (इसमें नीबू का रस मिलाये और ठंडा करके अपने मनपसंद आकार के कटलेट बनाये)

-> Now beat the Raw egg (कच्चे अंडे) in a bowl. (कच्चे अंडे को फेटे)

-> Heat the Oil (तेल) in a frying pan. Now dip the cutlets (कटलेट) into egg and roll in Rusk powder (सुखी रोटी का पाउडर) and fry in Oil (तेल) till golden or crisp in taste. (कटलेट को फेटे अंडे में डीप करके सुखी रोटी का पाउडर में लपेटे और गरम तेल में तल ले)

-> Egg Cutlet (अंडा कटलेट) is ready.
