अंडा दाल

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Masoor dal (मसूर दाल) ---------- 1/2 cup

Cooked Eggs (पके अंडे) ---------- 5

Onion ( प्याज) ---------- 1 big in sized

Tomato (टमाटर) ---------- 2

Green chilli (हरी मिर्च) ---------- 2

Garlic (लहसुन) ---------- 2 cloves

Ginger (अदरक) ---------- a small piece

Clove (लौंग) ---------- 3

Peppercorns (काली मिर्च) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- a pinch

Chilli powder (मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 2 smallspoon

Garam masala powder (गरम मसाला पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ते) ---------- a few

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Oil (तेल) ---------- as needed 

How to make Egg dal (अंडा दाल बनाने की विधि)

-> First washed the Masoor dal (मसूर दाल) with clean water. Now take the dal in a Pressure cooker and add water (पानी) + Salt (नमक) and boiled it till cooker get the 3 whistles. (मसूर दाल को धो ले और पानी + नमक मिला कर प्रेशर कुकर में उबाल ले)

-> Now Finely Cut Onion (प्याज), Tomato (टमाटर), Green chilli (हरी मिर्च), Ginger (अदरक), Garlic (लहसुन). (प्याज, टमाटर, हरी मिर्च, अदरक, लहसुन को काटे)

-> You also cut the Cooked Eggs (पके अंडे) into pieces. (पके अंडे को छोटे टुकडो में काटे)

-> Heat Oil (तेल) in a pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Peppercorns (काली मिर्च) + Clove (लौंग) + Onion (प्याज) + Green chilli (हरी मिर्च) + Ginger (अदरक) + Garlic (लहसुन) and fry for a few minutes. (तेल + काली मिर्च + लौंग + प्याज + हरी मिर्च + अदरक + लहसुन को फ्राई करे)

-> After you add Tomato (टमाटर) + Chilli powder (मिर्च पाउडर) + Salt (नमक) + Garam masala powder (गरम मसाला पाउडर) and cook till tomato is soft. (अब इसमें टमाटर + मिर्च पाउडर + नमक + गरम मसाला पाउडर मिला कर टमाटर के सॉफ्ट होने तक पकाये)

-> Now you add boiled masoor dal (उबली मसूर दाल) + egg pieces (अंडे के टुकड़े) and cook. (अब इसमें उबली मसूर दाल + अंडे के टुकड़े मिलाये और पकाये)

-> When daal (दाल) start boiling, add Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ते) and switch off the gas. (जब दाल उबलने लगे तो इसमें धनिया पत्ते मिलाये और गैस बंद कर दे)

-> Egg dal (अंडा दाल) is ready. Garnished it with Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ते) and served it plan rice (सादे चावल), roti (रोटी), paratha (पराठा). (धनिया पत्ते से सजाये और चावल, रोटी, पराठा से परोसे)
