Egg Kathi Roll

अंडा काठी रोल

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Fine Flour (मैदा) ---------- 1 cup

Baking soda (बेकिंग सोडा) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Cornflour (कोर्न्फ्लौर) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Ghee (घी) ---------- 3 smallspoon

Egg (अंडे) ---------- 2

Chilli powder (मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Onion (प्याज) ---------- 1

Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) ---------- 1

Grated Cheese (कसा हुआ पनीर) ---------- 1 cup

Ginger garlic paste (अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट) ---------- 1/2 tsp

Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Tamarind paste (इमली पेस्ट) ---------- 1/4 cup

Chaat masala (चाट मसाला) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Oil (तेल) ---------- 3 tablespoon

How to make Egg Kathi Roll (अंडा काठी रोल बनाने की विधि)

-> First filtrate the Fine Flour (मैदा) in a plate. Now you add Baking soda (बेकिंग सोडा) + Cornflour (कोर्न्फ्लौर) + Ghee (घी) and mix it very well in the Fine Flour (मैदा). (मैदा छाने और इसमें बेकिंग सोडा + कोर्न्फ्लौर + घी मिलाये)

-> Now with the help of water (पानी) make a smooth dough and set aside for an hour. (पानी की सहायता से नरम आटा गूथ ले)

-> Now heat a flat frying pan. Take a small portion of the dough (गुंथा हुआ आटा), roll into a circle, cook on both sides and set aside. Repeat the process. (गूथे आटे में से थोडा आटा ले कर उसको रोल कर के गरम पैन में दोनों तरफ से सेके)

-> Now beat the Egg (अंडे) with Chilli powder (मिर्च पाउडर) + Salt (नमक) in a bowl. (अंडे + मिर्च पाउडर + नमक को फेटे)

-> Again Heat a flat frying pan. Pour a spoonful of Egg (अंडे) on the pan. (फ्राइंग पैन में अंडे का मिश्रण डाले)

-> Now Place the roti (रोटी) on top and remove when Egg (अंडे) is done. (अब इस पर रोटी रखे और अंडे के पकने तक सेके)

-> Finely Cut the Onion (प्याज), Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च). (प्याज, शिमला मिर्च को काटे)

-> Now Heat Oil (तेल) in a frying pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Onion (प्याज) + Ginger garlic paste (अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट) and fry for a few minutes. (तेल + प्याज + अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट को फ्राई करे)

-> After you add Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) + Tamarind paste (इमली पेस्ट) + Chaat masala (चाट मसाला) + Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) + Salt (नमक) and fry for sometime. (अब इसमें शिमला मिर्च + इमली पेस्ट + चाट मसाला + हल्दी पाउडर + नमक मिलाये और पकाये)

-> Now you add Grated Cheese (कसा हुआ पनीर) and mix well and off the gas. (कसा हुआ पनीर मिला कर गैस बंद कर दे)

-> Now take the roti (रोटी) and put the Cheese mixture (पनीर मिश्रण) and roll it.(रोटी पर पनीर मिश्रण रख कर रोल करे)

-> Egg Kathi Roll (अंडा काठी रोल) is ready. Served it with sweet chutney (मीठी चटनी), green chutney (हरी चटनी). (मीठी चटनी, हरी चटनी से परोसे)
