अंडा कुलचा

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Egg (अंडे) ---------- 2

Drumstick leaves (सहजन की पत्तियां) ---------- a handful

Cumin powder (जीरा पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 14 smallspoon

Green chilli paste (हरी मिर्च पेस्ट) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- a pinch

Ghee (घी) ---------- 3 smallspoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

How to make Egg Kulcha (अंडा कुलचा बनाने की विधि)

-> First Melt Ghee (घी) in a frying pan. When Ghee (घी) became hot then fry the Drumstick leaves (सहजन की पत्तियां) and set aside. (घी + सहजन की पत्तियां को फ्राई कर के अलग रख दे)

-> Beat Egg (अंडे) in a bowl. (अंडे को फेटे)

-> Now you add Cumin powder (जीरा पाउडर) + Pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) + Green chilli paste (हरी मिर्च पेस्ट) + Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) + Salt (नमक) in a beaten egg (फेटे गये अंडे) and mix well. (जीरा पाउडर + काली मिर्च पाउडर + हरी मिर्च पेस्ट + हल्दी पाउडर + नमक को फेटे गये अंडे में मिलाये)

-> Now Heat a flat frying pan. Add Ghee (घी) and pour egg mixture (अंडे का मिश्रण) on it. (गरम पैन में घी + अंडे का मिश्रण डाले)


-> Sprinkle fried drumstick leaves (तली सहजन की पत्तियां), cover with a lid and cook on both sides. (ऊपर से तली सहजन की पत्तियां डाले और ढक कर दोनों तरफ से पकाये)

-> Egg Kulcha (अंडा कुलचा) is ready. Served it with green chutney (हरी चटनी). (हरी चटनी से परोसे)
