Egg Masala Dosai

अंडा मसाला डोसा

Ingredients (सामग्री)


Eggs (अंडे) ---------- 3

Gram flour (बेसन) ---------- 3 tablespoon

Finely chopped Onion (बारीक़ कटा हुआ प्याज) ---------- 2

Finely chopped Green chilli (बारीक कटी हरी मिर्च) ---------- 4

Finely chopped Ginger (बारीक़ कटा अदरक) ---------- a small piece

Chopped Coriander leaves (कटा धनिया पत्ते) ---------- 1 bunch

Ghee (घी) ---------- 30 gm

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Chilli powder (मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon


How to make Egg Masala Dosai (अंडा मसाला डोसा बनाने की विधि)


-> First take the Gram flour (बेसन) and add some water (पानी) and mix well, without lumps. (बेसन + पानी को मिलाये)


-> Now you add Chilli powder (मिर्च पाउडर) + Salt (नमक) + Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) + Chopped Coriander leaves (कटा धनिया पत्ते) into Gram flour batter (बेसन के घोल) batter and mix well.(अब इसमें मिर्च पाउडर + नमक + हल्दी पाउडर + कटा धनिया पत्ते मिलाये)


-> Heat 1 smallponn Ghee (घी) in a flat frying pan. When Ghee (घी) became hot then add Finely chopped Onion (बारीक़ कटा हुआ प्याज) + green chilli (हरी मिर्च) + ginger (अदरक) fry it for few minutes. (घी + बारीक़ कटा हुआ प्याज + हरी मिर्च + अदरक को फ्राई करे)


-> Now cool this onion mixture (प्याज मिश्रण) and add to the Gram flour batter (बेसन के घोल) and mix it. (प्याज के मिश्रण को ठंडा कर के बेसन के घोल में मिलाये)


-> Break Eggs (अंडे) in a vessel and beat well. (अंडे को फेटे)


-> Add the Eggs (अंडे) to the Gram flour batter (बेसन के घोल) and mix well to form a batter. (अंडे को बेसन के घोल में मिलाये)


-> Heat Ghee (घी) in a flat frying pan.When Ghee (घी) became hot then add a spoon of batter (घोल) and spread it thin. When the bottom portion turns golden, add Ghee (घी)flip and cook.Cook on both sides till golden and serve. (1 चम्मच बेसन के घोल को तवे पर घी डाल कर फैला दे और गोल्डन होने तक सके और पलट कर सेके)


-> Egg Masala Dosai (अंडा मसाला डोसा) is ready. Served it with chutney. (चटनी के साथ परोसे)
