Egg Methi Masala

अंडा मेथी मसाला

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Egg (अंडा) ---------- 1 

Fenugreek leaves (मेथी के पत्ते) ---------- 6 small bunches 

Green chilli (हरी मिर्च) ---------- 2

Ginger (अदरक) ---------- a small piece

Finely chopped Onion (बारीक़ कटा हुआ प्याज) ---------- 2

Butter (मक्खन) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

How to make Egg Methi Masala (अंडा मेथी मसाला बनाने की विधि)

-> First clean the Fenugreek leaves (मेथी के पत्ते) and washed it with clean water for 2 - 3 times.  (मेथी के पत्तो को साफ़ पानी से धो ले)

-> Now finely cut the Fenugreek leaves (मेथी के पत्ते). You also cut the Ginger (अदरक) in very small pieces. (मेथी के पत्ते और अदरक को काटे)

-> Heat Butter (मक्खन) in a frying pan. When Butter (मक्खन) is melt then add Finely chopped Onion (बारीक़ कटा हुआ प्याज) and fried it till it turns to light brown in color. (मक्खन + बारीक़ कटा हुआ प्याज को फ्राई करे)

-> Now you add the Ginger (अदरक) + Green chilli (हरी मिर्च) + Fenugreek leaves (मेथी के पत्ते) + Salt (नमक) and fried it for 3 - 4 minute. (अब इसमें अदरक + हरी मिर्च + मेथी के पत्ते + नमक मिलाये)

-> Now break the Egg (अंडा) and beat well and add to the above mixture. (अंडे को तोड़ कर फेटे और मिश्रण में मिला दे)

-> When Fenugreek leaves (मेथी के पत्ते) and Egg (अंडा) are cooked then off the gas. (जब मेथी के पत्ते और अंडा पक जाये तो गैस बंद कर दे)

-> Egg Methi Masala (अंडा मेथी मसाला) is ready.
