अंडा पठिरी

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Egg (अंडा) ---------- 1

Milk (दूध) ---------- 75 ml

Sugar (चीनी) ---------- 1 1/2 tablespoon

Cardamom Powder (इलायची पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Cashewnuts (काजू) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Raisins (किशमिश) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Ghee (घी) ---------- 1 tablespoon

How to make Egg Pathiri (अंडा पठिरी बनाने की विधि)

-> First take a bowl beat the Egg (अंडा) + Milk (दूध) till smooth. (अंडा + दूध को फेटे)

-> After this add Sugar (चीनी) + Cardamom Powder (इलायची पाउडर) and beat until the batter is smooth. (अब इसमें चीनी + इलायची पाउडर मिला कर दुबारा फेटे)

-> Add fried cashews (तले हुए काजू) +  Raisins (किशमिश). (अब इसमें तले हुए काजू + किशमिश मिलाये)

-> Heat the Ghee (घी) fry.Add the egg mixture (अंडे का मिश्रण).Cover and cook in low flame for 15 minutes. (घी + अंडे का मिश्रण को ढक कर पकाये)

-> Egg Pathiri (अंडा पठिरी) is ready.
