Egg Tikka

अंडा टिक्का

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Egg (अंडे) ---------- 2

Bread slice (ब्रेड स्लाइस) ---------- 4

Pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Bread crumbs (ब्रेड का चूरा) ---------- as needed

Cornflour (कोर्न्फ्लौर) ---------- as needed

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Oil (तेल) ---------- As required

How to make Egg Tikka (अंडा टिक्का बनाने की विधि)

-> First boiled the Egg (अंडे). Cool it and remove the skin of the Egg (अंडे) and cut into small pieces. (अंडे को उबाले, ठंडा करे और स्किन निकले और छोटे टुकडो में काटे)

-> Sprinkle Salt (नमक) + Pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) of the egg pieces (अंडे के टुकड़े) and set aside. (अंडे के टुकड़ो में नमक + काली मिर्च पाउडर मिलाये)

-> Soak Bread slice (ब्रेड स्लाइस) in water (पानी) squeeze and set aside. (ब्रेड स्लाइस को पानी में भिगो कर निचोड़ ले)

-> Place the egg pieces (अंडे के टुकड़े) in a Bread slice (ब्रेड स्लाइस) and roll into a ball. (ब्रेड स्लाइस पर अंडे के टुकड़े रखे और रोल कर के छोटी बल बना ले)

-> Mix Cornflour (कोर्न्फ्लौर) with water (पानी) and prepare batter. (कोर्न्फ्लौर + पानी को पानी में घोले)

-> Heat Oil (तेल) in a frying pan. Roll the ball in Bread crumbs (ब्रेड का चूरा), dip in cornflour and fry till crisp. (ब्रेड रोल को ब्रेड के चूरे में लपेटे और कोर्न्फ्लौर के घोल में डीप कर के गरम तेल में तल ले)

-> Egg Tikka (अंडा टिक्का) is ready. Served it tea (चाय), chutney (चटनी).(चाय, चटनी के साथ परोसे)
