अंडे टमाटर भुर्जी

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Egg (अंडा) ---------- 2

Chopped Tomato (कटा हुआ टमाटर) ---------- 1/2

Onion (प्याज) ---------- 1

Chopped Green Chillies (कटी हुई हरी मिर्च) ---------- 1

Ginger - garlic Paste (अदरक - लहसुन का पेस्ट) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Mustard Seeds (सरसों के बीज) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Asafoetida (हींग) ---------- 1 pinch

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Oil (तेल) ---------- 3 tablespoon

Coriander Leaves (हरा धनिया) ---------- 1 tablespoon

How to make Egg Tomato Bhurji (अंडे टमाटर भुर्जी बनाने की विधि)

-> Heat the Oil (तेल) in a fry pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then you add Asafoetida (हींग) + Mustard Seeds (सरसों के बीज) + Onion (प्याज) and fried it till the Onion (प्याज) turns to golden brown in color. (तेल + हींग + सरसों के बीज + प्याज को फ्राई करे)

-> After this add Chopped Green Chillies (कटी हुई हरी मिर्च) + Ginger - garlic Paste (अदरक - लहसुन का पेस्ट) and stir fry for 2 minutes. (अब इसमें कटी हुई हरी मिर्च + अदरक - लहसुन का पेस्ट मिला कर फ्राई करे)

-> Now you add Chopped Tomato (कटा हुआ टमाटर) + Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) + Salt (नमक) and stir it. (अब इसमें कटा हुआ टमाटर + गरम मसाला + नमक मिलाये)

-> Keep in simmer and add Egg (अंडा) and mix till it mixed well. (अब इसमें अंडा मिलाये)

-> Egg Tomato Bhurji (अंडे टमाटर भुर्जी ) is ready. Garnished it with Coriander Leaves (हरा धनिया) and serve hot with bread butter. (हरे धनिये से सजाये और ब्रेड बटर के साथ परोसे)
