बैंगन पनीर मसाला

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Eggplant (बैंगन) ---------- 1/4 250gms

Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) ---------- 1

Onion (प्याज) ---------- 1

Tomato (टमाटर) ---------- 2

Cheese (पनीर) ---------- 50 gm

Ginger garlic paste (अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Chilli powder (मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1 smallspooon

Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Garam masala powder (गरम मसाला पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspooon

Finely Chopped Coriander leaves (बारीक कटी हुई धनिया पत्ते) ---------- 1/4 cup

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Oil (तेल) ---------- as needed 

How to make Eggplant Paneer masala (बैंगन पनीर मसाला बनाने की विधि)

-> First cut the Eggplant (बैंगन) and Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) into pieces. (बैंगन और शिमला मिर्च को काटे)

-> Cut Cheese (पनीर) into cubes and finely chopped the Tomato (टमाटर) + Onion (प्याज). (पनीर को क्यूब्स में काटे और टमाटर, प्याज को बारीक़ काटे)

-> Heat Oil (तेल) in a frying pan.When Oil (तेल) became hot then fry Cheese (पनीर) till golden and set aside in a plate.(तेल + पनीर क्यूब्स को फ्राई करे)

-> Now you add Onion (प्याज), fry for a few minutes. After you add  Ginger garlic paste (अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट) + Chilli powder (मिर्च पाउडर) + Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) +  Garam masala powder (गरम मसाला पाउडर) and mix well and cooked it for 1 minutes. (तेल + प्याज + अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट + मिर्च पाउडर + हल्दी पाउडर + गरम मसाला पाउडर को फ्राई करे)

-> After you add Eggplant (बैंगन) + Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) + Tomato (टमाटर) + Salt (नमक) mix it and cover with a lid and cook, if needed, sprinkling water (पानी). (अब इसमें बैंगन + शिमला मिर्च + टमाटर + नमक मिला कर ढक कर पकाये )

-> When vegetables are cooked then add Cheese (पनीर) + Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ते) and mix well and switch off stove. (जब सब्जी पक जाये तो इसमें पनीर + धनिया पत्ते मिलाये और गैस बंद कर दे)

-> Eggplant Paneer masala (बैंगन पनीर मसाला) is ready. Served it with roti (रोटी), paratha (पराठा). (रोटी + पराठा से परोसे)
