Fish Coconut Kurma

मछली नारियल कुरमा 

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Fish (मछली) ---------- 1/4 kg

Grated Coconut (कसा हुआ नारियल) ---------- 1/2 cup

Green Chillies (हरी मिर्च) ---------- 3

Small onion (छोटा प्याज) ---------- 5 

Red Chilly Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Poppy Seeds (खसखस) ---------- 2 smallspoon

Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर)  ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Fennel seeds (सौंफ़ बीज) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Garlic (लहसुन) ---------- 3 

Ginger (अदरक) ---------- 1/2 inch long pieces

Cloves (लौंग) ---------- 1

Oil (तेल) ---------- 2 tablespoon + Fry

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

How to make Fish Coconut Kurma (मछली नारियल कुरमा बनाने की विधि)

-> First Wash the Fish (मछली) and cut into small pieces. (मछली को धो कर छोटे टुकडो में काटे)

-> Heat the tava. After you dry roast the Green Chillies (हरी मिर्च). (तवे पर हरी मिर्च को भुन ले)

-> Now take the dry roast Green Chillies (सुखी भुनी हरी मिर्च) + Grated Coconut (कसा हुआ नारियल) + Poppy Seeds (खसखस) in a grinder and grind it and make a paste. (सुखी भुनी हरी मिर्च + कसा हुआ नारियल + खसखस को पीस ले)

-> You also take the Garlic (लहसुन) + Ginger (अदरक) + Cloves (लौंग) + Fennel seeds (सौंफ़ बीज) in a grinder and make a smooth paste with little amount of water. (लहसुन + अदरक +  लौंग + सौंफ़ बीज को थोड़े से पानी के साथ पीस कर पेस्ट बना ले)

-> Heat the Oil (तेल) in a Pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Garlic-Ginger-Cloves-Fennel seeds paste (लहसुन, अदरक, लौंग, सौंफ़ बीज पेस्ट) and fried it for minutes. (तेल + लहसुन, अदरक, लौंग, सौंफ़ बीज पेस्ट को फ्राई करे)

-> After You add chopped Small onion (कटा छोटा प्याज) and fried it until it turn to light brown in color. (अब इसमें कटा छोटा प्याज डाले और फ्राई करे)

-> After you add Coconut-Green Chillies paste (नारियल-हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट) + Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) + Red Chilly Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) + Salt (नमक) and fried it for 2 minutes. (इसमें नारियल-हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट + हल्दी पाउडर + लाल मिर्च पाउडर + नमक मिला कर फ्राई करे)

-> Now you add 100 ml water (पानी) and boil it well. When Kurma (कुरमा) become thicken then add Fish pieces (मछली के टुकड़ों) and again cooked it for 10 minutes. (पानी मिलाये और उबाले, जब कुरमा गाढ़ा हो जाये तो इसमें मछली के टुकड़े डाले और पकाये) 

-> Fish Coconut Kurma (मछली नारियल कुरमा) is ready. Served it with Naan (नान), Roti (रोटी), Paratha (पराठा).(नान + रोटी + पराठे के साथ परोसे)
