Fish Curry

फिश करी

Ingredients (सामग्री)


Fish (मछली) ---------- 500 gms

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1 Smallspoon

Ghee (घी) ---------- 100 gms

Rye (राई) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 Smallspoon

Sweet neem leaf (मीठी नीम की पत्ती) ---------- 8-10

Tamarind (इमली) ---------- 3 - 4 

Fresh Green Coriander (हरा धनिया) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Onion (प्याज) ---------- 2 measures


How to make Fish Curry (फिश करी बनाने की विधि)


-> First clean the Fish (मछली) and cut into small pieces. You also cut the Onion (प्याज) and Fresh Green Coriander (हरा धनिया). (मछली को साफ़ कर के छोटे टुकडो में काटे और प्याज + हरा धनिया को भी काट ले)


-> Soaked the Tamarind (इमली) into 2 cup water and make a juice. (इमली को पानी में भिगो कर रखे)


-> Now take the Fish pieces (मछली के टुकड़े) in a bowl and add Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) + Salt (नमक) and mix well. (मछली के टुकड़े + हल्दी पाउडर + नमक मिला कर अलग रखे)


-> Heat the Ghee (घी) in a pan. When Ghee (घी) became hot then add Rye (राई) and fried it for 1 minute. After you add chopped Onion (कटा हुआ प्याज) and fried it until Onion (प्याज) turns to golden brown in color. (घी + राई + कटा हुआ प्याज फ्राई करे)


-> After you add Red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) + Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) and fried it. (अब इसमें लाल मिर्च पाउडर + धनिया पाउडर मिला कर फ्राई करे)


-> Now you grind the Sweet neem leaf (मीठी नीम की पत्ती) and mixed this into Tamarind water (इमली का पानी). Add this water into pan and cooked it for 2 minute. (मीठी नीम की पत्ती + इमली का पानी को मिक्सी में पीस ले, और इसको पैन में डाल कर पका ले)


-> Now you add Fish pieces (मछली के टुकड़े) and mix it and cooked it until it cooked. (अब इसमें मछली के टुकड़े मिला कर पकाये)


-> Fish Curry (फिश करी) is ready. Served it with rice. (चावल से परोसे)
