Fish Kebab

मछली कबाब

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Fish (मछली) ----------  1/2 kg 

Egg (अंडा) ---------- 1

Onions (प्याज़) ---------- 1 

Bengal Gram Dal (बंगाल चने की दाल) ---------- 25 gms

Grated Coconut (कसा हुआ नारियल) ---------- 1/4 cup

Pepper (काली मिर्च) ---------- 4 

Poppy Seeds (खसखस) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Aniseeds (सौंफ) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Cumin Seeds (जीरा) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Ginger (अदरक) ---------- 1 1/2 cm

Cardamoms (इलायची) ---------- 4

Garlic (लहसुन) ---------- 1/2 big pod 

Green Chilies (हरी मिर्च) ---------- 4

Curd (दही) ---------- 200 gms

Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस) ---------- 1/2 tablespoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Oil (तेल) ---------- For fry

How to make Fish Kebab (मछली कबाब बनाने की विधि)

-> First wash and clean the Fish (मछली) with clean water. (मछली को साफ़ करे)

-> After steam the Fish (मछली). Cool it and mash the fish (मछली) into fine paste. (मछली को भाप में पकाये और ठंडा कर के मशेद करे)

-> Now take Bengal Gram Dal (बंगाल चने की दाल) + Grated Coconut (कसा हुआ नारियल) + Pepper (काली मिर्च) + Poppy Seeds (खसखस) + Aniseeds (सौंफ) + Cumin Seeds (जीरा) + Cardamoms (इलायची) mix it in a bowl. (बंगाल चने की दाल + कसा हुआ नारियल + काली मिर्च + खसखस  + सौंफ + जीरा + इलायची को बाउल में मिक्स करे)

-> Now you take Curd (दही) + Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस) + Salt (नमक) in other bowl and mix it well. (दही + नींबू का रस + नमक को दुसरे बाउल में मिलाये)

-> Now take the curd mixture (दही मिश्रण) + masala mixture (मसाला मिश्रण) + Ginger (अदरक) + Garlic (लहसुन) + fish (मछली) in a grinder and grind it and make a smooth paste. (दही मिश्रण + मसाला मिश्रण + अदरक + लहसुन + मछली को मिक्सी में पीस ले)

-> Now make the Kebab (कबाब) in this mixture in your favorite shape and keep in a plate. (इस मिश्रण के कबाब बनाये)

-> Now whisk the Egg (अंडा) in a bowl and keep aside. (अंडे को फेटे)

-> Now heat the Oil (तेल) is a fry pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then dip the Kebab (कबाब) into beaten egg and shallow fry it. Make all the Kebab (कबाब) is same type. (तेल गरम करे और कबाब को अंडे में डीप कर के तल ले)

-> Fish Kebab (मछली कबाब) is ready. Served it with sweet chutney (मीठी चटनी), green chutney (हरी चटनी). (मीठी चटनी + हरी चटनी से परोसे)
