मछली मैश वड़ा

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Rohu Fish (रोहू मछली) ---------- 500 gms

Garlic (लहसुन) ---------- 4 pods

Ginger (अदरक) ---------- 1 inch long piece

Grated Onion (कसा हुआ प्याज) ---------- 1/2 Cup

Green chili (हरी मिर्च) ---------- 2

Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Oil (तेल) ---------- For requirement

How to make Fish Mash Vada (मछली मैश वड़ा बनाने की विधि)


-> First take the 2 clean pieces of Rohu Fish (रोहू मछली) and heat them for 2 minutes in the micro wave oven or boil them in water (पानी). (रोहू मछली के २ टुकडो को ओवन में या पानी में उबाले)

-> Now you remove the skin and the bones of the fish (मछली). (मछली में से हड्डी और स्किन को हटाये)

-> Now take the Garlic (लहसुन) + Ginger (अदरक) in a grinder and grind it and make a smooth paste. (लहसुन + अदरक को पीस ले)

-> Now mashed the fish (मछली). Now you add the Salt (नमक) + Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) + Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) + Garlic-Ginger paste (लहसुन, अदरक पेस्ट) and mix well. (मछली में नमक + लाल मिर्च पाउडर + हल्दी पाउडर + लहसुन, अदरक पेस्ट को अच्छी तरह मिलाये)

-> You also add the Grated Onion (कसा हुआ प्याज) + chopped Green chili (कटी हुई हरी मिर्च) + 2 tablespoon Oil (तेल) and mix well. (अब इसमें कसा हुआ प्याज + कटी हुई हरी मिर्च मिलाये)

-> Now divide this mixture into equal part and make the shape of vada (वड़ा). (इस मिश्रण को बराबर भागो में बाटे और वड़ा के आकार में बना ले)

-> Now heat the vadas in micro wave oven for 4 - 5 minutes. You also shallow fry the vada (वड़ा) in Oil (तेल). (आप ओवन में वड़ो को 4 - 5 मिनट पका ले या फ्राई कर कर ले)

-> Fish Mash Vada (मछली मैश वड़ा) is ready. Served it with tomato chutney (टमाटर की चटनी). (टमाटर की चटनी से परोसे)
