मछली पकोडा 

Ingredients (सामग्री)


Fish Rohu/snapper/hoki/sole (मछली (रोहू /स्नैपर /होंकी /सोल)) ---------- 1/2 Kg

Gram flour (बेसन) ---------- 1 ½ cup 

Lemon juice (नींबू का रस) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Black pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- ½ smallspooon

chopped mint leaves (कटे पोदीने के पत्ते) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Chopped Green coriander (कटी हुई हरी धनिया) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Chopped green chilli (कटी हुई हरी मिर्च) ---------- 1 

Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) ---------- 1 smallspooon

cumin seeds (जीरा) ---------- 1 smallspooon

Baking powder (बेकिंग पाउडर) ---------- 1 smallspooon

Oil (तेल) ---------- for deep frying 


How to make Fish pakora (मछली पकोडा बनाने की विधि)

 

-> First clean the Fish (मछली) and cut into small chunks. (मछली को चंक्स में काटे)


-> Now in a  mixing bowl take Gram flour (बेसन) + Lemon juice (नींबू का रस) + Salt (नमक) + Red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) + Black pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) + Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर)  + cumin seeds (जीरा) + Baking powder (बेकिंग पाउडर) and mixed very well. (बेसन + नींबू का रस + लाल मिर्च पाउडर + काली मिर्च पाउडर + धनिया पाउडर + बेकिंग पाउडर + जीरा को अच्छी तरह मिलाये)


-> You also add the Chopped Green coriander (कटी हुई हरी धनिया) + chopped mint leaves (कटे पोदीने के पत्ते) + Chopped green chilli (कटी हुई हरी मिर्च) and mixed it. Now with the help of water make a smooth, lump free batter. (अब इसमें कटी हुई हरी धनिया + कटे पोदीने के पत्ते + कटे पोदीने के पत्ते को अच्छी तरह मिलाये)


-> Now you add fish chunks (मछली के टुकड़े) in this mixture and keep aside for 20 minutes. (अब इस मिश्रण में मछली के टुकड़े को मिलाये)


-> Now heat the Oil (तेल) in a fry pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then deep fry the fish chunks (मछली के टुकड़े) until they turn to golden brown colur. Make sure your fish chunks (मछली के टुकड़े) do not overlap each other. (मछली के टुकड़ो को गरम तेल में फ्राई करे)


-> Fish pakora (मछली पकोडा) is ready. Served it with green chutney (हरी चटनी) (हरी चटनी के साथ परोसे)
