Fish Thokku

फिश थोक्कू

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Steamed and scrambled Fish (उबली और तली हुई मछली) - 200 gm

Onion (प्याज) ---------- 3

Tomato (टमाटर) ---------- 1

Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Chilli paste (मिर्च पेस्ट) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Ginger garlic paste (अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Fennel paste (सौंफ़ पेस्ट) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Garlic (लहसुन) ---------- 10

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Oil (तेल) ---------- as needed

Curry leaves (करी पत्ते) ---------- 2-3

Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ते) ---------- 1 tablespoon

How to make Fish Thokku (फिश थोक्कू बनाने की विधि)


-> First Finely chopped the Onion (प्याज), Tomato (टमाटर), Garlic (लहसुन) and keep aside. (प्याज, टमाटर, लहसुन को बारीक़ बारीक़ काटे)

-> Mix fish (फिश) with Salt (नमक) + Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) and set aside. (फिश पर नमक + हल्दी पाउडर लगाये)

-> Now heat Oil (तेल) in a fry Pan.When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Onion (प्याज) + Tomato (टमाटर) + Garlic (लहसुन) and fried it for 2 minutes. (तेल + प्याज + टमाटर + लहसुन को फ्राई करे)

-> Now you add Chilli paste (मिर्च पेस्ट) + Fennel paste (सौंफ़ पेस्ट) + Ginger garlic paste (अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट) and fried it again for 2 minute. (अब इसमें मिर्च पेस्ट + सौंफ़ पेस्ट + अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट मिलाये और फ्राई करे)

-> When oil (तेल) comes out of the contents, add fish (फिश), stir well and cooked it for 3 - 4 minutes and off the gas. (जब तेल बहार आने लगे तो इसमें फिश डाले और फिश के सॉफ्ट होने तक पकाये)

-> Fish Thokku (फिश थोक्कू) is ready. Garnished it with Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ते) and served hot. (धनिया पत्ते से सजाये)
