Fish Tikka

फिश टिक्का 

Ingredients (सामग्री)


Fish pieces (मछली के टुकड़े) ---------- 500 gms 

Vegetable oil (वनस्पति तेल) ---------- 150 gms 

Celery (अजवाइन) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Cream (क्रीम) ---------- 45 ml 

Cumin seeds powder (जीरा पाउडर) ---------- 2 smallspoon

Garam masala (गरम मसाला) ---------- 2 smallspoon

Garlic paste (लहसुन पेस्ट) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Gram-flour (बेसन) ---------- 20gms

Lemon juice (नींबू का रस) ---------- 30 ml

Mint or coriander chutney (पुदीना या धनिया की चटनी) ---------- 5 tablespoon

White pepper powder (सफेद मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Chopped onion in ring (रिंग में कटा हुआ प्याज) ---------- 1

Curd (दही) ---------- 60 gms 

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Chili powder (मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- to taste


How to make Fish Tikka (फिश टिक्का बनाने की विधि)

 

-> First take the Cream (क्रीम) and add Garlic paste (लहसुन पेस्ट) + Celery (अजवाइन) + Chili powder (मिर्च पाउडर) + Cumin seeds powder (जीरा पाउडर) + Garam masala (गरम मसाला) and mix it. (क्रीम + लहसुन पेस्ट + अजवाइन + मिर्च पाउडर + जीरा पाउडर + गरम मसाला को मिलाये)


-> You also add the Lemon juice (नींबू का रस) + Salt (नमक) +  White pepper powder (सफेद मिर्च पाउडर) + Mint or coriander chutney (पुदीना या धनिया की चटनी) + Curd (दही) + Gram-flour (बेसन) and mixed very well. (नींबू का रस + नमक + सफेद मिर्च पाउडर + पुदीना या धनिया की चटनी + दही + बेसन को अच्छी तरह मिलाये)


-> Now you add the Fish pieces (मछली के टुकड़े) into this mixture and marinate them for about 3 hours. (मछली के टुकड़े को इस मिश्रण में मिलाये और रख दे)


-> Now heat the Vegetable oil (वनस्पति तेल) in a fry pan. When oil (तेल) became hot then fry Fish pieces (मछली के टुकड़े) on both sides till golden & crisp. (गरम तेल में मछली के टुकड़े को तल ले)


-> Fish Tikka (फिश टिक्का) is ready. Garnished it with Chopped onion in ring (रिंग में कटा हुआ प्याज) .(रिंग में कटे हुये प्याज से सजाये)
