Fried Cabbage Salad

तली बंदगोभी का सलाद

Ingredients (सामग्री):

Long thin sliced Cabbage (लम्बी पतली कटी बंदगोभी) ---------- 2 cup

Long thin sliced Carrots (लम्बी पतली कटी गाजर) ---------- 1/2 cup 

Chopped green beans (कटी हरी बींस) ---------- 1/4 cup

Oil (तेल) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Mustard Seed (सरसों के बीज) ---------- 1/2 spoon

Whole red pepper (साबुत लाल मिर्च) ---------- 2

Bay Leaf (तेज पत्ता)  ---------- 2-3

Salt (नमक) ---------- to taste 

Sugar (चीनी) ---------- 2 pinch

Lemon juice (नींबू का रस) ---------- 1/2 spoon

Grated Coconut (कसा हुआ नारियल) ---------- 2 tablespoon

How to make Fried Cabbage Salad (तली बंदगोभी का सलाद बनाने की विधि)

-> Heat the Oil (तेल) in frying pan. When Oil (तेल) became heat then add Mustard Seed (सरसों के बीज). When they fried the add Whole red pepper (साबुत लाल मिर्च). (तेल + सरसों के बीज + साबुत लाल मिर्च  फ़्राइ कर ले)

-> After you add Bay Leaf (तेज पत्ता). When Bay Leaf (तेज पत्ता) is fried the add Cabbage (बंदगोभी) + Carrots (गाजर)  + Green beans (हरी बींस) and stir slowly. Cooked all these vegetables (सब्जियों) for 3-4 minute. Off the gas. (तेज पत्ता + बंदगोभी + गाजर + हरी बींस मिला कर पकाये)

-> Now taken out these vegetables (सब्जियों) into plate. When vegetables (सब्जियों) became cool then add Salt (नमक) + Lemon juice (नींबू का रस)  + Sugar (चीनी) + Grated Coconut (कसा हुआ नारियल) and mixed it. (सभी सब्जियों ठंडा कर नमक + नींबू रस  +  चीनी + कसा हुआ नारियल मिलाये)

-> Fried Cabbage Salad (तली बंदगोभी का सलाद ) is ready to served.
