Ginger Tomato Fried Rice

(अदरक टमाटर फ्राइड राइस)

Ingredients (सामग्री) : 

Soy sauce (सोया सॉस) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Vinegar (सिरका) ---------- 1 1/2 tablespoons

Red chili paste (लाल मिर्च पेस्ट) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Thin slices Ginger (पतली स्लाइस अदरक) ---------- 6-10

Tomato ketchup (टमाटर केचप) ---------- 2 tablespoons

Cooked rice (पके हुए चावल) ---------- 3 cups

Olive oil (जैतून का तेल) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Broken Dried red chillies (टूटी सूखी लाल मिर्च) ---------- 2-3

Salt (नमक) ---------- to taste

How to make Ginger Tomato Fried Rice (अदरक टमाटर फ्राइड राइस बनाने की विधि)

-> First heat the Olive oil (जैतून का तेल) in a non-stick pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Broken Dried red chilies (टूटी सूखी लाल मिर्च) + Thin slices Ginger (पतली स्लाइस अदरक) and cooked it for 2 minute. (तेल + सूखी लाल मिर्च + पतली स्लाइस अदरक फ्राई करे)

-> After you add Cooked rice (पके हुए चावल) + Salt (नमक) and cooked it on medium flame gas for 6-7 minute. (इसमें पके हुए चावल + नमक मिला कर धीमी आंच पर पकाये)

-> After you add Soy sauce (सोया सॉस) + Vinegar (सिरका) + Red chili paste (लाल मिर्च पेस्ट) and mixed very well. You also add the Tomato ketchup (टमाटर केचप) and mixed very well and cooked it for 5 minute. (सोया सॉस + सिरका + लाल मिर्च पेस्ट + टमाटर केचप मिला कर कुछ देर पकाये)

-> Tasty Ginger Tomato Fried Rice (अदरक टमाटर फ्राइड राइस) is ready. Served it hot.
