Goan Egg Curry

गोवा अंडा करी

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Eggs (अंडे) ---------- 6

Coconut cream (नारियल क्रीम) ---------- ½ cup

Grated Coconut (कसा हुआ नारियल) ---------- ¾ cup

Grated tomatoes (कसा हुआ टमाटर) ---------- 1 cups 

Garlic (लहसुन) ---------- 6 cloves

Chopped ginger (कटा हुआ अदरक) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Grated onions (कसा हुआ प्याज) ---------- 2 cups

Green chilli (हरी मिर्च) ---------- 2

Chopped coriander leaves (कटा हरा धनिया पत्ते), for garnish  ---------- 2 tablespoon

Roasted Cumin (भुना हुआ जीरा) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Tamarind paste (इमली पेस्ट) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Roasted Whole dried red Chili (भुनी हुई साबुत सूखी लाल मिर्च) ---------- 2-4

Roasted Coriander seeds (भुना हुआ धनिया बीज) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Roasted Poppy seeds (भुना हुआ खसखस) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Curry leaves (करी पत्ते) ----------  8-10 no

Garam masala (गरम मसाला) ---------- 1 smallspooon

Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Oil (तेल) ---------- 1/4 cup

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

How to make Goan Egg Curry (गोवा अंडा करी बनाने की विधि)

-> First boiled the Eggs (अंडे). After you remove the shell of the Eggs (अंडे) and cut into pieces and set aside. (अंडे को उबाल कर उसके छिलके को निकाल कर काटे)

-> First Grind the Grated Coconut (कसा हुआ नारियल) + Garlic (लहसुन) + Chopped ginger (कटा हुआ अदरक) and the roasted ingredients (भुनी हुई सामग्री) and make a fine paste. (कसा हुआ नारियल + लहसुन + कटा हुआ अदरक + भुनी हुई सामग्री को मिक्सी में पीस ले)

-> Heat Oil (तेल) in a kadahi. When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Grated onions (कसा हुआ प्याज) + Curry leaves (करी पत्ते) and stir fry, till the onions (प्याज) are a golden color. (तेल + कसा हुआ प्याज + करी पत्ते को फ्राई करे)

-> Add the Grated tomatoes (कसा हुआ टमाटर) and stir fry till Oil (तेल) separates. After you add the ground paste (पीसा मसाला) + Garam masala (गरम मसाला) + Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) + Salt (नमक) and stir fry till Oil (तेल) separates again. (अब इसमें कसा हुआ टमाटर + पीसा मसाला + गरम मसाला + हल्दी पाउडर + नमक मिला कर फ्राई करे)

-> Now you add about 2 cups water (पानी) and mix well. When it comes to a boil, lower heat and simmers 8-10 minutes. (पानी मिला कर धीमी आंच पर पकाये)

-> Add Coconut cream (नारियल क्रीम) +  Tamarind paste (इमली पेस्ट) bring to a boil, and then simmer 2-3 minutes. (इसमें नारियल क्रीम + इमली पेस्ट मिलाये और पकाये)

-> At last add you add boiled Egg (उबला हुआ अंडा) and mix it and cooked it for 1 minutes. (अब इसमें उबला हुआ अंडा मिलाये और पकाये)

-> Goan Egg Curry (गोवा अंडा करी) is ready. Garnished with the Chopped coriander leaves (कटा हरा धनिया पत्ते). (कटा हरा धनिया पत्ते से सजाये).
