Gobhi Bhurji

 (गोभी भुर्जी)

Ingredients (सामग्री)


Cauliflower (फूल गोभी) ---------- 500 gms

Green Peas (हरे मटर के दाने) ---------- 1 small bowl

Oil (तेल) ---------- 1-4 spoon

Asafoetida (हींग) ---------- 1 pinch

Coriander Powder (धनियां पाउडर) ---------- 1 spoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- to taste

Amchoor Powder (अमचूर पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Chopped green Chili (कटी हुई हरी मिर्च)  ---------- 1-2

Grated Ginger (कद्दूकस किया अदरक) ---------- 1 spoon

Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Chopped Green Coriander (कटा हरा धनियां) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Cumin (जीरा) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Chopped Tomato (बारीक कटे ट्माटर) ---------- 3


How to make Gobhi Bhurji (गोभी भुर्जी बनाने की विधि)


-> First cut the Cauliflower (फूल गोभी) inot big pieces. Now take Lukewarm Water (गुनगुने पानी) and add some Salt (नमक) and soak the Cauliflower pieces (फूलगोभी के टुकड़े) in it for 5-6 minute. After taken out the Cauliflower pieces(फूलगोभी के टुकड़े) and washed it with clean water. Now grated the Cauliflower pieces (फूलगोभी को धोकर काट ले  और कदुकस कर ले)


-> Now heat the Oil (तेल) in fry pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot the add Cumin (जीरा) + Asafoetida (हींग) and fried it. After you add Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) + Grated Ginger (कद्दूकस किया अदरक) + Chopped green Chili (कटी हुई हरी मिर्च) + Coriander Powder (धनियां पाउडर) + Chopped Tomato (बारीक कटे ट्माटर) and cooked it for 3-4 minute. (तेल + जीरा + हींग + हल्दी पाउडर + अदरक + हरी मिर्च + धनियां पाउडर + ट्माटर फ़्राइ करे)


-> After you add Green Peas (हरे मटर के दाने) and fried it for 2 minute. Now you add Salt (नमक) + Grated Cauliflower (कदुकस करी फूलगोभी) + Amchoor Powder (अमचूर पाउडर) + Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) and mixed very well. After you add 2 tablespoon water (पानी) and cooked it for 6-7 minute on medium flame gas. (मटर के दाने + नमक + फूलगोभी + अमचूर पाउडर + लाल मिर्च पाउडर + पानी मिला कर पकाये)


-> When Cauliflower (फूल गोभी) became soft then off the gas. Now you add Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) + Chopped Green Coriander (कटा हरा धनियां) and mixed very well. (जब मटर के दाने और फूल गोभी नर्म हो जाये तो गरम मसाला +  हरा धनियां मिलाये)


-> Your Gobhi Bhurji (गोभी भुर्जी ) is ready served it with Rotil (चपाती), Naan (नान). (चपाती + नान से परोसे) 




Green Chana Paneer Masala Curry

(हरा चना पनीर मसाला करी)

Ingredients (सामग्री):

Green gram (हरा चना) ---------- 250 gms or 1 cup

Cheese (पनीर) ---------- 250 gms
