Gobhi Paneer Palak Parathas Recipe

गोभी पनीर पालक पराठे व्यंजन

Ingredients (सामग्री):

For the dough (आटा के लिए)

Plain flour (मैदा) ---------- 1 1/2  cup

Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) ---------- 1 1/2 cups

Chopped spinach (कटा पालक) ---------- 1 cup

Lemon juice (नींबू का रस) ---------- 1 tsp 

Ghee /Oil (घी/ तेल) ---------- for fry

Salt (नमक) ---------- 1 tsp 

Water (पानी) ---------- as requirement

For stuffing (भरवान के लिए)

Gated Culiflower (कद्दूकस करी फूलगोभी) ---------- 1/2 cup

Cumbled paneer (कद्दूकस करा पनीर) ---------- 1/2 cup 

Chopped  Coriander leaves (कटा हुआ धनिया पत्ते) ---------- 2 tbsp 

Chopped green chillies (कटी हरी मिर्च)  ---------- 1 to 2 

Chopped ginger (कटा अदरक) ---------- 1/4 tsp 

Salt (नमक) ---------- to taste

How to make Gobhi Paneer Palak Parathas Recipe (गोभी पनीर पालक पराठे व्यंजन बनाने की विधि)

For the dough (आटा के लिए)

-> First Grind the spinach (पालक) + Lemon juice (नींबू का रस) with 2 tablespoons of water (पानी). (पालक + नींबू का रस + पानी पीसे)

-> Now mix Plain flour (मैदा) + Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) + Salt (नमक) + Ghee (घी) and mix well. (मैदा + गेहूं का आटा + नमक + घी मिलाये)

-> After add spinach (पालक) paste and make a soft dough (गूथा आटा). Ans keep it aside. (पालक पेस्ट आटे में डाल कर गूथ ले)

-> For stuffing add Gated Culiflower (कद्दूकस करी फूलगोभी) + Cumbled paneer (कद्दूकस करा पनीर) + Chopped  Coriander leaves (कटा हुआ धनिया पत्ते) + Chopped green chillies (कटी हरी मिर्च) + Chopped ginger (कटा अदरक) + Salt (नमक) and mix well. Stuffing is ready. (फूलगोभी + पनीर + हरा धनिया + हरी मिर्च + अदरक + नमक मिलाये, पिठ्ठी तैयार है.)

To make a Parathas 

-> Now make a small balls like lemon in size. (आटे की छोटी गेंदे बनाये)

-> Roll out one portion of the dough (आटा) and roll it slightly and make size just like a roti put about 2 teaspoon of the stuffing in the centre. Now Seal the edges and roll out again into a thick paratha. And again roll stuffing dough in size of Parathas. (लोई को थोडा बेले, पिठ्ठी रख कर बंद करे और दुबारा से बेले)

-> Cook the parathas on both the sides with the Butter / Oil (मक्खन, घी). And cook them until parathas became golden brown. (थोडा सा तेल लगा कर पराठे को दोनों तरफ से हल्का भूरा होने तक सेक ले)

-> Gobhi Paneer Palak Parathas (गोभी पनीर पालक पराठे) is ready. Serve it fresh curd (ताजा दही) or sos(सोस). (ताजा दही, सोस के साथ परोसे)


Stuffing ---------- भरी जाने वाली सामग्री 

Spread ---------- फैलाना 

slightly ---------- थोड़ा सा

Dough ---------- गूथा आटा

thick ---------- मोटा

Seal the edges ---------- किनारों को सील
