गोभी के पराठे

Ingredients (सामग्री)


Cauliflower (फूलगोभी) ---------- ३०० ग्राम

Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) ---------- 350 gms

Chopped Green Coriander (बारीक़ कटा हरा धनियां) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Chopped Green Chili (बारीक़ कटी हुयी हरी मिर्च) ---------- 2

Grated Ginger (कद्दू कस किया अदरक) ---------- 1 spoon

Cumin (जीरा) ---------- 1/4 spoon

Coriander  Powder (धनियाँ पाउडर) ---------- 1 spoon

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 spoon

Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) ---------- 1/4 spoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Oil or Ghee (तेल या घी) ---------- For Fried the Paratha (परांठे सेकने के लिये)


How to make Gobhi Paratha Recipe (गोभी के पराठे बनाने की विधि)


-> First cut the Cauliflower (फूलगोभी) into big pieces and washed it with clean water. After you grated the Cauliflower (फूलगोभी) in a plate. (फूलगोभी को धो कर काटे और कद्दुकस करे)


-> Now in a fry pan add 1 tablespoon Oil or Ghee (तेल या घी) and heat it. When Oil or Ghee (तेल या घी) became hot then add Cumin (जीरा) adn fried it for 1 minute. After you add Chopped Green Chili (बारीक़ कटी हुयी हरी मिर्च) +  Grated Ginger (कद्दू कस किया अदरक) + Coriander  Powder (धनियाँ पाउडर) and cooked it for 2 minute. (तेल + जीरा + हरी मिर्च + अदरक + धनियाँ पाउडर मिला कर फ्राई करे)


-> After you add Cauliflower (फूलगोभी) +  Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) + Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) + Salt (नमक) + Chopped Green Coriander (बारीक़ कटा हरा धनियां)  and cooked it for 3-4 minute. Cauliflower Stuffing (गोभी की पिठ्ठी) is ready. Keep this stuffing for cooling. (इसमें फूलगोभी + लाल मिर्च पाउडर + गरम मसाला + नमक  + हरा धनियां मिला कर पकाये)


-> Now filtrate (छानना) the Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) and add Salt (नमक) + 2 tablespoon Oil (तेल) and mixed very. With the help of water (पानी) make a smooth daugh. Keep this daugh for 15 minute. (आटे को छाने और नमक + तेल मिलाकर पानी की सहायता से नरम गूथ ले)


-> Now Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into round small balls. (आटे की छोटी गेंदे बनाये)


-> Now take 1 ball and put some oil is in center of balls and put some Cauliflower Stuffing (गोभी की पिठ्ठी) items and cover the mixture with the roti. (आटे की छोटी गेंदे बना कर बेले और गोभी की पिठ्ठी बीच मे रखे और परांठे को चारो तरफ से बंद कर दे और बेलन से बेले)


-> Now roll it slightly and make size just like a roti and on tawa  cook the parathas on both the sides with the oil. And cook them until parathas became golden brown. थोडा सा तेल लगा कर पराठे को दोनों तरफ से हल्का भूरा होने तक तवे पर फ़्राइ कर ले)


-> Hot Gobhi Paratha Recipe (गोभी के पराठे) is ready and served it with fresh curd (ताजा दही), Tea (चाय), Butter (मक्खन) or sos (सोस). (दही-चाय-मक्खन-सोस से परोसे)
