बेसन की मसाला रोटी

Ingredients (सामग्री):


For Roti (रोटी बनाने के लिये)


Gram flour (बेसन) ---------- 1 cup

Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) ---------- 1/2 cup

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste 

Ghee (घी) ---------- 2 table spoon


For Masala (मसाले के लिये)


Cumin Powder (जीरा पाउडर) ---------- 1 - 1/2  Spoon

Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 tablespoon

Turmeric Powder  (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 small Spoon

Chopped  Green chili (कटी हरी मिर्च) ---------- 1

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste 

Dry Mango Powder (अमचुर पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 small Spoon

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 small Spoon

Ghee (घी) ---------- 1 - 1/2 tablespoon


How to make Gram flour Masala Roti (बेसन की मसाला रोटी बनाने की विधि)


-> First in a plate or bowl you mixed the Cumin Powder (जीरा पाउडर) + Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) + Turmeric Powder  (हल्दी पाउडर) + Salt (नमक) + Chopped  Green chili (कटी हरी मिर्च) + Dry Mango Powder (अमचुर पाउडर) + Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) and mixed very well ad keep aside.  प्लेट मे जीरा पाउडर + धनिया पाउडर + हल्दी पाउडर  + नमक + कटी हरी मिर्च + अमचुर पाउडर + लाल मिर्च पाउडर मिलाये )


-> Now filtrate the Gram flour (बेसन) and Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) and mixed. (गेहूं के आटे और बेसन को छाने)


-> Now add Salt (नमक) + Ghee (घी) and make a soft dough (गूथा आटा) with the help of water (पानी). Keep this soft dough (गूथा आटा) for  20 - 25 minute. आटे मे नमक + घी मिला कर पानी की सहायता से नरम गूथ ले)


-> Now Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into round small balls. (आटे की छोटी गेंदे बनाये)


-> Now with the help of Rolling pin (बेलन) make a 4 inch small roti. Spread the mixed masale over the roti. Now fold this roti and make a semicircle. Now again spread the masala and fold the roti. It makes an triangle.  (आटे की छोटी गेंदे को बेले और मसाला फैला कर मोड़े और फिर बेले )


-> Now slightly roll this triangle roti and put on hot tava. With help of Ladle (करछुल) spread the Ghee (घी), both side of roti. Cooked it until tey trun to light brown. (थोडा सा घी लगा कर हल्का सुनहरा होने तक रोटी दोनों तरफ से सेक ले)


-> Your tasty and delicious Gram flour Masala Roti (बेसन की मसाला रोटी ) is ready. Served it with fresh curd (ताजा दही) or sos (सोस) (दही-सोस से परोसे)
