Gram Flour Pare

बेसन पारे

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Gram Flour (बेसन) ---------- 1 cup 

Wheat Flour (गेहूं का आटा) ---------- 1 cup 

Kasuri Methi (कसूरी मेथी) ---------- 2 spoon

Asafoetida (हींग) ---------- 1 pinch

Oil To put on flour (तेल आटे में डालने के लिये) ---------- 4 tablespoon

Oil (तेल) ---------- For fry 

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 spoon

Carom Seeds (अजवायन) ---------- 1/2 spoon

Cumin (जीरा) ---------- 1/2 spoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- 1/2 spoon

How to make Gram Flour Pare (बेसन पारे बनाने की विधि)

-> First filtrate the Gram Flour (बेसन) and Wheat Flour (गेहूं का आटा) in big pot. Now you add Kasuri Methi (कसूरी मेथी) + Asafoetida (हींग) + 4 tablespoon Oil (तेल) + Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) + Carom Seeds (अजवायन) + Cumin (जीरा) + Salt (नमक) and mixed very well.  (बेसन + आटे को छाने और इसमे कसूरी मेथी + हींग + तेल + लाल मिर्च पाउडर + अजवायन + जीरा + नमक मिलाये)

-> Now with the help of Little bit water make a tight dough. Covered this dough with plate and keep the dough for 25-30 minute. (थोड़े पानी की सहायता से सख्त आटा गूथ ले और ढक कर रखे)

-> After 1/2 hour pour the oil on to palm and smooth muscle Liziye of dough .(हथेली पर तेल लगा कर आटे को मसले)

-> Now take some portaion of this dough and slightly roll it into sized of paratha. (आटे की लोई लेकर परांठे की तरह पतला बेल लिजिये)

-> Cut this rolled paratha in your desire sized  Keep this into plate. Make all these pare similar type.(अपने मनपसंद आकार में काटे)

-> Now take Oil (तेल) into fry pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then you fried the Gram Flour Pare. Fried the Gram Flour Pare (बेसन पारे), both side on low flame. Fried it until they turn to golden brown in color. This should take 8-10 minutes. (गरम तेल में बेसन पारे को दोनो तरफ से तल ले)

-> Take them out over paper towel so it can absorb the extra oil. (प्लेट में नैपकिन पेपर बिछा कर उस के ऊपर बेसन पारे को निकाल कर रख दे जिस से अतिरिक्त तेल निकल जाऐ)

-> Gram Flour Pare (बेसन पारे ) is ready to served. You can eat it in breakfast. You can also store it into airtight box for 2 week. ( बेसन पारे आप 2 सप्ताह तक प्रयोग कर सकते है)
