बेसन की खट्टी पूरी

Ingredients (सामग्री):

Mustard oil (सरसों का तेल) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Gram flour (बेसन) ---------- 200 gms

Asafetida (हींग) ---------- 2 pinch

Nigella seeds (कलौंजी) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Green Coriander (हरा धनियां) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- To taste

Amchoor Powder (अमचूर पाउडर) ---------- 2 smallspoon

Mustard oil (सरसों का तेल) ---------- For fried

How to make Gram flour Sour poori (बेसन की खट्टी पूरी बनाने की विधि)

-> First Filtrate (छानना) the Gram flour (बेसन) in a plate. After you add 2 tablespoon Mustard oil (सरसों का तेल) and mixed very well. (बेसन को छाने और इसमें सरसों का तेल मिलाये)

-> Now you add chopped Green Coriander (हरा धनियां) + Salt (नमक) + Asafetida (हींग) + Nigella seeds (कलौंजी) + Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)  + Amchoor Powder (अमचूर पाउडर) and mixed very well. (इसमें हरा धनियां + नमक + हींग + कलौंजी + लाल मिर्च पाउडर + अमचूर पाउडर को मिलाये)

-> Now make a soft dough (गूथा आटा) with the help of water (पानी). (पानी की सहायता से आटा गूथ ले)

-> Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into round small balls. (आटे की छोटी गेंदे बनाये)

-> Now roll it slightly and make size just like a puri. Drop the rolled puri in the hot oil carefully and fried both side. This should take only a few seconds. Flip the poori over and cook the other side until golden brown. (बेलन से पूरी बेले और गरम मे तेल दोनो तरफ से तल ले)

-> Hot and tasty Gram flour Sour poori (बेसन की खट्टी पूरी) is ready. Served it with Sweet Chutney (मीठी चटनी), Pickle. (मीठी चटनी - अचार से परोसे)
