Green Chana Paneer Curry

हरा चना पनीर करी

Ingredients (सामग्री):

 

 

Green gram (हरा चना) ---------- 250 gms or 1 cup

Cheese (पनीर) ---------- 250 gms

Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) ---------- 1 small spoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- to taste

Red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 small spoon

Garam masala (गरम मसाला) ---------- 1/4 small spoon

Green Coriander (हरा धनियां) ---------- 2-3 tablespoon

Ginger (अदरक) ---------- 1 inch long pieces

Sesame (तिल) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Tomatoes (टमाटर) ---------- 4 midium sized

Green pepper (हरी मिर्च) ---------- 1-2

Oil (तेल) ---------- 2-4 tablespoon

Asafoetida (हींग) ---------- 2 pinch

Cumin (जीरा) ---------- 1/2 spoon

Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

 


 

 

How to make Green Chana Paneer Curry (हरा चना पनीर करी बनाने की विधि)

 

 

-> First cut the Cheese (पनीर) into square shape and soak it into salty water (नमकीन पानी) for 5-6 minute. Taken out the Cheese (पनीर) into water (पानी). (पनीर काट कर नमकीन पानी में भिगो दे)

 

-> Now take fry pan and heat some Oil (तेल) and fry the Cheese (पनीर) on slow flame. Clean the Green gram (हरा चना) with water (पानी). (तेल + पनीर फ्राई करे और हरे चने साफ़ करे) 

 

-> Now roast the Sesame (तिल) on tava til they trun to golden brown. Now take roasted Sesame (भुना हुआ तिल) + Tomatoes (टमाटर) + Ginger (अदरक) + Green pepper (हरी मिर्च) in a grinder and grind it into mixi. (सभी चीजो को मिक्सी में पीस ले). Keep this mixture (मिश्रण) into bowl. (भुना हुआ तिल + टमाटर + अदरक + हरी मिर्च पीसे)

 

-> Now take a fry pan and put on the gas. Now add 1 tablespoon Oil (तेल) and heat it. When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Cumin (जीरा) + Asafoetida (हींग) and fry it. After you add Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) + Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) + Red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) + Sesame-Tomatoes-Green pepper paste (तिल-टमाटर-मिर्च का पेस्ट) and fry this masala. Cook this masala until the oil began to leave the masala spices. (तेल + जीरा + हींग + हल्दी पाउडर + धनिया पाउडर + लाल मिर्च पाउडर  + तिल-टमाटर-मिर्च का पेस्ट मिलाकर कर मसाले फ्राई करे और तब तक भूने कि मसाला तेल छोड़ने लगे)

 

-> Now add Green gram (हरा चना) + 1/2 Cup water (पानी) + Salt (नमक) into this Masala. Covered it by lid and cooked it on medium flam til Green gram (हरा चना) became soft. (इसमें हरा चना + पानी + नमक मिलाकर ढक कर पकाये)

 

-> When Green gram (हरा चना) became soft the you can add more water according to your requirement of Curry. After you add Cheese pieces (पनीर के टुकड़े) + Garam masala (गरम मसाला). (चने मुलायम होने पर पनीर के टुकड़े + गरम मसाला मिलाये)

 

-> Cooked this sabzi for 3-4 minute on medium. And off the gas and add Green Coriander (गैस बंद करे और हरा धनियां डाल कर सजाये). 

 

-> Your Green Chana Paneer Curry (हरा चना पनीर करी ) is ready. Served it with Naan (नान), Roti (रोटी), Paratha (परांठां), poori (पूरी) or Rice (चावल). (नान+रोटी+परांठां+पूरी+चावल से परोसे)
