Green Peas - Almond Curry

(मटर - बादाम करी)

Ingredients (सामग्री):

Green Peas (मटर) ---------- 250 gms

Almond (बादाम) ---------- 125 gms

Ginger (अदरक) ---------- 10 gms

Coconut (नारियल) ---------- 25 gms

Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Cumin (जीरा) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Saffron (केसर) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Milk (ढूध) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Mint Leaves (पुदीने के पत्ते) ---------- 10

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- To taste

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Oil (तेल) ---------- 4 tablespoon

How to make Green Peas - Almond Curry (मटर - बादाम करी बनाने की विधि)

-> First take the 25 gms Almond (बादाम) and peel it after you fried it. Now you cuts the Almond (बादाम) into small slices. (25 ग्राम बादाम को छिल कर फ्राई कर ले और टुकडो में काट ले)

-> Now roast the Cumin (जीरा) on tawa and after make a powder. (जीरा भुन कर पाउडर बना ले)

-> Now take remaining Almond (बादाम) and peel it. Now take Ginger (अदरक) + Almond (बादाम) into grinder and grind it and make a smooth paste. (बचे बादाम छिले और अदरक मिला कर मिक्सी में पीस ले)

-> You also grind the  Coconut (नारियल) and taken out the Coconut Milk (नारियल ढूध). Now you add 1 cup Lukewarm water (गुनगुना पानी) into Coconut (नारियल) and keep it aside for 30 minute. After 30 minute Squeeze the Coconut (नारियल) and separate the Thin Milk of Coconut (पतला नारियल ढूध). (नारियल को पीसे और उसका गाढ़ा ढूध अलग निकाले और नारियल में पानी मिला कर रखे और बाद में उसको निचोड़ कर पतला ढूध निकाल ले)

-> Now heat the Oil (तेल) in a Cauldron (कडाही). When Oil (तेल) became hot then add almond paste (बादाम पेस्ट) and cooked it until it trun to light golden brown in color. (तेल + बादाम पेस्ट फ्राई करे)

->Now you add Green Peas (मटर) + Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) + Cumin Powder (जीरा पाउडर) + Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) + Salt (नमक) and mixed very well. After you add Thin Coconut Milk (पतला नारियल ढूध) and cooked it until Green Peas (मटर) became soft. (मटर + गरम मसाला + जीरा पाउडर + लाल मिर्च पाउडर + नमक + पतला नारियल ढूध मिला कर पकाये)

-> After you add thick Coconut Milk (गाढ़ा नारियल ढूध) and cooked it curry until it began to boiled. (इसमें गाढ़ा नारियल ढूध मिला कर करी में उबाल आने तक पकाये)

-> Now make a paste of Saffron (केसर) + Simple Milk (साधारण दूध) and spread this paste on the curry. (केसर + साधारण दूध मिला कर पेस्ट बना ले और इसको करी पर ऊपर से डाले)

-> Your tasty Green Peas - Almond Curry (मटर - बादाम करी) is ready. Garnished it with fried Almond (तले हुये बादाम) + Mint Leaves (पुदीने के पत्ते) (तले हुये बादाम + पुदीने के पत्ते से सजा कर परोसे)
