Green Peas Kofta Curry

(हरी मटर के कोफ्ते)

Ingredients For Kofta (कोफ्ता बनाने के लिये सामग्री)

Green Peas (मटर के दाने) ---------- 500 gms or 1 cup

Potato (आलू) ---------- 2

Arrowroot or Gram Flour (अरारोट या बेसन) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Chopped Green Chili (कटी हरी मिर्च) ---------- 1-2

Grated Ginger (कद्दूकस किया अदरक) ---------- 1

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Oil (तेल) ----------  For fried the Kofta 

Ingredients For Curry (तरी बनाने के लिये सामग्री)

Tomatoes (टमाटर) ---------- 3 medium sized

Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) ---------- 2

Garlic (लहसुन) ---------- 2-3

Onion (प्याज) ---------- 1-2

Ginger (अदरक) ---------- 1 inch long pieces

Oil or Ghee (तेल या घी) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Cumin (जीरा) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 spoon

Coriander Powder (धनियां पाउडर) ---------- 1 spoon

Malai or cream (मलाई या क्रीम) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/6 smallspoon 

Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) ---------- 1/2 spoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- to taste

Chopped Green Coriander (कटा हरा धनियां) ---------- 2 tablespoon

How to make Green Peas Kofta Curry (हरी मटर के कोफ्ते बनाने की विधि)

For Kofta (कोफ्ता बनाने के लिए)

-> First washed the Potato (आलू) and boiled it. When Potato (आलू) became cool the peel it and break it. You also boiled the Green Peas (मटर के दाने) and grind it. (मटर के दानों को धो कर उबाले और दरदरा पीस ले और आलू उबाले)

-> Now in a pot take Potato (आलू) + Green Peas (मटर के दाने) + Arrowroot or Gram Flour (अरारोट या बेसन) + Salt (नमक) + Grated Ginger (कद्दूकस किया अदरक) and mixed very well. (उबाले आलू + मटर के दाने + अरारोट या बेसन  + नमक + अदरक मिलाये)

-> Now take a fry pan and add Oil (तेल) and put on to gas. When oil became hot then take some portion into the mixture and roll it. And pull it into hot Oil (तेल). You can fry more than one Kofta (कोफ्ते) at a time. Fried it until they trun to golden brown in color. Keep all these kofte on a Npkin Paper. -> Make all these  Kofta (कोफ्ते) same type. (थोड़ा मिश्रण लेकर गोल करके गरम तेल मे कोफ्ते  ब्राउन होने तक तल लीजिये)

For Curry (तरी बनाने के लिए)

-> For make the Curry first take Tomatoes (टमाटर) + Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) + Garlic (लहसुन) + Onion (प्याज) + Ginger (अदरक) in a grinder and grind it into mixi. Takenout this mixtur in a bowl. (टमाटर + हरी मिर्च + लहसुन + प्याज + अदरक पीसे)

-> Heat the Oil or Ghee (तेल या घी) in a fry Pan. When Oil or Ghee (तेल या घी) became hot then add Cumin (जीरा) and fried it. After you add Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) + Coriander Powder (धनियां पाउडर) + Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) + Tomatoes Paste (टमाटर का पेस्ट) and cooked it for 3-4 minute. (तेल या घी + जीरा + हल्दी पाउडर + धनियां पाउडर +  लाल मिर्च पाउडर + टमाटर का पेस्ट मिला कर फ़्राइ करे)

-> When they cooked the you add Malai or cream (मलाई या क्रीम) and cooked it for 2 minute. You can add water (पानी) according to your curry requirement. (मलाई या क्रीम मिलाये  और अपने अनुसार तरी गाढी या पतली रखने के लिये पानी मिला दे)

-> Now you add Salt (नमक) + Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) and cooked it until curry boiled. After slow the gas flame and cooked the curry for 3-4 minute. (नमक + गरम मसाला मिला कर पकाये)

-> Now you add Kofta (कोफ्ता) and covered this sabzi by lid (ढक्कन) and off the gas. (कोफ्ते मिला कर ढक कर रख दे )

-> Hot and tasty Green Peas Kofta Curry (हरी मटर के कोफ्ते ) is ready to served. Garnished it with Chopped Green Coriander (कटा हरा धनियां).  (हरा धनियां डाल कर सजाये)
