Imli Ka Sharbat

इमली का शरबत

Ingredients (सामग्री):


Tamarind Pulp (इमली का गूदा) ---------- 4 tablepoon

Black Salt (काला नमक) ---------- 1-1/2 spoon 

Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/3 spoon 

Green cardamom powder (हरी इलायची पाउडर) ---------- 1/3 spoon 

Roasted cumin powder (भुना हुआ जीरा पाउडर) ---------- 1 spoon 

Roasted Ajwan powder (भुना हुआ अज्वान पाउडर) ---------- 3 spoon 

Sugar (चीनी) ---------- 6 tablespoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- to taste 

Chopped Mint leaf (कटी पोदीने की पत्ती) ---------- 9-10

Ice cubes (बर्फ के टुकड़े)


How to make Imli Ka Sharbat (इमली का शरबत बनाने की विधि)


-> First mixed the 5 cup water (पानी) into Tamarind Pulp (इमली का गूदा) and mixed very well. (इमली का गूदा मे पानी मिलाये)


-> Now take Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) + Green cardamom powder (हरी इलायची पाउडर) + Roasted cumin powder (भुना हुआ जीरा पाउडर) + Roasted Ajwan powder (भुना हुआ अज्वान पाउडर) + Black Salt (काला नमक) + Salt (नमक) and grind it into mixi. Take this masla mixture in bowl. (काली मिर्च + हरी इलायची + भुना हुआ जीरा + भुना हुआ अज्वान + काला नमक + नमक मिला कर पीसे)


-> Now mixed these masla into Tamarind  water (इमली के पानी). Keep in the refrigerator for cooling. (इमली के पानी मसाले मिलाये और ठंडा करे)


-> Your Imli Ka Sharbat (इमली का शरबत) is ready.Before served add Ice cubes (बर्फ के टुकड़े) + Chopped Mint leaf (कटी पोदीने की पत्ती). (बर्फ के टुकड़े + पोदीने की पत्ती मिलाये )
