Ingredients (सामग्री):

Taro root (कचालू) ---------- 600 gms

Green Coriander (हरा धनियां) ---------- 2 Bunch

Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) ---------- 3

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Ginger (अदरक) ---------- 40 gms

Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) ---------- 3 smallspoon

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस) ---------- 2 smallspoon

How to make Kachalu (कचालू बनाने की विधि)

-> First washed the Taro root (कचालू) with clean water and keep boiling. (कचालू धो कर उबाले )

-> Now take Green Coriander (हरा धनियां) + Green Chili (हरी मिर्च)  + Ginger (अदरक) + Salt (नमक) and grind it into grinder and make  a chutney. (हरा धनियां + हरी मिर्च + अदरक + नमक को पीस कर चटनी बनाये)


-> When Taro root (कचालू) is boiled then cool it and peel it. After it cut Taro root (कचालू) into small pieces. (कचालू ठंडे होने पर छिले और छोटे-छोटे टुकडो में काटे)

-> Now you add Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) + Salt (नमक) + Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) into Taro root pieces (कचालू टुकड़े) and mixed very well. (कचालू में लाल मिर्च पाउडर + नमक + गरम मसाला मिलाये)

-> Now you add Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस) and chutney (चटनी) into it and mixed very well. (नींबू का रस + चटनी भी मिलाये)

-> Your tasty and spicy Kachalu (कचालू) is ready.
