Kache Kele ke Kofta Curry Recipe

(कच्चे केले के कोफ्ते)

Ingredients For Kofta (कोफ्ता बनाने के लिये सामग्री)


Raw Banana (कच्चे केले) ---------- 500 gms

Chopped Green Coriander (कटा हरा धनियां) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Cheese (पनीर) ---------- 100 gms if you wants (यदि आप चाहें तो )

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Gram Flour (बेसन) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Grated Ginger (कद्दूकस किया अदरक) ---------- 1 spoon

Oil (तेल) ---------- For Fried

Chopped Green Chili (बारीक कटी हुयी हरी मिर्च) ---------- 2-3


Ingredients  for Curry (करी के लिये सामग्री)


Tomatoes (टमाटर) ---------- 250 gms

Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) ---------- 2

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 spoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) ---------- 1/4 spoon

Oil (तेल) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Asafoetida (हींग) ---------- 1 pinch

Cumin (जीरा) ----------  1/2 spoon

Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 spoon

Chopped Green Coriander (कटा हरा धनियां) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Cashewnuts ( कटे हुए काजू) ---------- 20-25

Ginger (अदरक) ---------- 1 inch long pieces

Coriander Powder (धनियां पाउडर) ---------- 1 spoon

Malai or Cream (मलाई या क्रीम) --------------- 2 tablespoon


How to make Kacche Kele ki Kofta Curry Recipe (कच्चे केले के कोफ्ते बनाने की विधि)


For Kofta (कोफ्ता बनाने के लिए)


-> First remove the stalk of Raw Banana (कच्चे केले की डंठल) and washed it with clean water (पानी). Take this into pressure cooker and add 1 small bowl water (पानी) and Keep it for boiling.(कच्चे केले की डंठल काट कर धोले और उबाले)


-> Off the gass when cooker get 1 whistle. Removing the pressure of the cooker with help of Spoon. Now mashed the boiled banana. (कुकर एक सीटी आने पर गैस बन्द करे और सीटी को चमचे से ऊपर उठाकर आधा प्रेसर निकाले और केले मसले)


-> Now you add Gram Flour (बेसन) + Chopped Green Chili (बारीक कटी हुयी हरी मिर्च) + Grated Ginger (कद्दूकस किया अदरक) + Cheese (पनीर) + Salt (नमक) + 2 spoon water (पानी) and mixed very well. (बेसन + हरी मिर्च + अदरक + पनीर + नमक + पानी उबले केलो मे मिलाये)


-> Now take a fry pan and add Oil (तेल) and put on to gas. When oil became hot then take some portion into the mixture and roll it. And pull it into hot Oil (तेल). You can fry more than one Kofta (कोफ्ते) at a time. Fried it until they trun to golden brown in color. (ब्राउन होने तक सारे कोफ्ते तल लीजिये) . Keep all these kofte on a Npkin Paper. -> Make all these  Kofta (कोफ्ते) same type. . (कोफ्ते के मिश्रण से थोड़ा मिश्रण गोल करे और तेल में ब्राउन होने तक तले और नप्किन पेपर इन कोफ्ते को रखे)


For Curry (तरी बनाने के लिए)

 

-> First soak the Cashewnuts ( कटे हुए काजू) in a water for 1 hour. (काजू पानी मे भिगो कर रखे)


-> For make the Curry first take Tomatoes (टमाटर) + Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) + Ginger (अदरक) in a grinder and grind it into mixi. Takenout this mixtur in a bowl. (टमाटर + हरी मिर्च + अदरक पीसे)


-> Now takenout the Cashewnuts ( कटे हुए काजू) and grind it into grinder and make a smooth paste. Now you also add Malai or Cream (मलाई या क्रीम) and again grind it. Takenout this mixtur in a bowl. (काजू + मलाई या क्रीम को भी पीसे)


-> Heat the Oil (तेल) in a fry Pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Cumin (जीरा) + Asafoetida (हींग) and fried it. After you add Coriander Powder (धनियां पाउडर) + Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) and roast it. (तेल + जीरा + हींग + धनियां पाउडर + हल्दी पाउडर फ़्राइ करे)


-> When they cooked then you add Tomatoes-Ginger-Green Chili Paste (टमाटर-अदरक-हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट) + Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) and cooked it 2-3 minute. After you add Cashewnuts-Malai or Cream paste (मलाई या क्रीम- काजू का पेस्ट) and cooked it  until Oil (तेल) are separated from masala. (इसमे टमाटर-अदरक-हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट + लाल मिर्च पाउडर + मलाई या क्रीम- काजू का पेस्ट मिलाकर मसाले तेल छोड़ने तक पकाइये)


-> Now you  add 1 cup water + Salt (नमक) + Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) and cooked it until curry boiled. After slow the gas flame and cooked the curry for 5-6 minute. (इसमे  नमक + पानी + गरम मसाला डालकर पकाये)

 

-> Now you add Kofta (कोफ्ता) and covered this sabzi by lid (ढक्कन) and off the gas.(कोफ्ते डालकर ढक कर रख दे)


-> Hot and tasty Kacche Kele ki Kofta Curry Recipe (कच्चे केले के कोफ्ते) is ready to served. Garnished it with Cream or Malai (क्रीम या मलाई). Served it with Rice(चावल), Naan (नान), Roti (चपाती) or Parathe(परांठे). (क्रीम या मलाई से सजाये और चावल, नान, चपाती, परांठे से परोसे)




Benarasi Bharwan Aloo Recipe (बनारसी भरवाँ आलू व्यंजन)

Ingredients (सामग्री):

Potatoes medium sized (आलू) ----------- 20-25

Grated cheese (पनीर) ----------- 100 grams

Tamarind pulp (इमली गूदा) ----------- 1 1/2 tsp
