काजू कतली बर्फी

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Cashewnut (काजू) ---------- 500 gms

Sugar Powder (पिसी हुई चीनी) ---------- 400 gms

Cardamom Powder (इलायची पाउडर) ---------- 1 spoon

Desi Ghee (देशी घी) ---------- 2 spoon

How to make Kajoo katli burfi (काजू कतली बर्फी बनाने की विधि)


-> First soak the Cashewnut (काजू) into Lukewarm water (गुनगुना पानी) for 1 hours. After 1 hours take 1 Cashewnut (काजू) and break it into middle and check it, Cashewnut (काजू) is soft inside or not. If not the again soak it into water. If yes then taken out the Cashewnut (काजू) into water and grind it into grinder and make smooth paste. (काजू को गुनगुने पानी में भिगो कर रख दे और बाद में मिक्सी में पीस ले)

-> Now put the Cauldron (कडाही) on the gas and add Cashewnut Mixture (काजू-मिश्रण) + Sugar Powder (पिसी हुई चीनी) and cooked it on medium flame and stir slowly and continuously with the spoon. (काजू-मिश्रण + पिसी हुई चीनी मिला कर पकाए) 

-> When this mixture is thick then add Cardamom Powder (इलायची पाउडर). Keep this mixture for 20-25 minute for cool. (मिश्रण गढ़ा होने पर इलायची पाउडर मिलाये)

-> Now roll it on the rolling pan. When it became some dry then cut it into your Favorite sized. (ठंडा होने पर बेल कर अपने मनपसंद आकार में काटे)
