Kannada Cutlet

कन्नड़ कटलेट

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Boiled Eggs (उबले अंडे) ---------- 10

Pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Finely chopped Onion (बारीक़ कटा हुआ प्याज) ---------- 1

Masala powder (मसाला पाउडर) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Cooking soda (खाने का सोडा) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Boiled Mutton (उबला हुआ मटन) ---------- 100 gm   

Green chilli (हरी मिर्च) ---------- 1 

Biscuit or rusk powder (बिस्किट या सूखी रोटी पाउडर) ---------- 100 gm    

Butter (मक्खन) ---------- 50 gm

Oil (तेल) ---------- 500 gm

Raw Egg (कच्चे अंडे) ---------- 2    

Lime (काग़ज़ी नींबू) ---------- 2

How to make Kannada Cutlet (कन्नड़ कटलेट बनाने की विधि)

-> First Cut the Boiled Eggs (उबले अंडे) into pieces. (उबले अंडे को काटे)

-> Now mix the Masala powder (मसाला पाउडर) + Green chilli (हरी मिर्च) + onion (प्याज) + lime juice (नीबू का रस) + Salt (नमक) + Pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) into the egg pieces (अंडे के टुकड़े) and make a soft knead well and keep aside for 15 minutes. (मसाला पाउडर + हरी मिर्च + प्याज + नीबू का रस + नमक + काली मिर्च पाउडर को अंडे के टुकड़े में अच्छी तरह मिलाये)

-> Heat Butter (मक्खन) in a vessel. When Butter (मक्खन) is melt then add Boiled Mutton (उबला हुआ मटन) + Cooking soda (खाने का सोडा) mix it and fry it for 1 minutes. (मक्खन + उबला हुआ मटन + खाने का सोडा को फ्राई करे)

-> Now you add egg mixture (अंडे का मिश्रण) mix it and stir and when it is cooked, remove the vessel from the gas and let the contents cool. (अब इसमें अंडे का मिश्रण मिलाये और 3 - 4 मिनट और पकाये)

-> Now Break the Raw Egg (कच्चे अंडे) and separate whites part of the egg (अंडे) and beat till it foams and set aside. (कच्चे अंडे का सफ़ेद पार्ट अलग फेटे)

-> Now make the cutlets of the egg-mutton mixture (अंडे मटन का मिश्रण). (अंडे मटन का मिश्रण के कटलेट बना ले)

-> Dip it in the egg white batter (अंडे के घोल), roll it in Biscuit or rusk powder (बिस्किट या सूखी रोटी पाउडर). (कटलेट को अंडे के घोल में डीप कर के बिस्किट या सूखी रोटी पाउडर में लपेटे)

-> Heat the Oil (तेल) in a fry pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then deep fry the Cutlet (कटलेट) till it turns to golden brown in color. (गरम तेल में कटलेट तल ले)

-> Kannada Cutlet (कन्नड़ कटलेट) is ready. Served it with sweet chutney (मीठी चटनी). (मीठी चटनी के साथ परोसे)
