केसरे पनीर

Ingredients (सामग्री):


Cheese (पनीर) ---------- 750 gms

Tomato (टमाटर) ---------- 1 kg.

Cream (क्रीम) ---------- 100 gms

Ginger (अदरक) ---------- 25 gms

Garlic (लहसुन) ---------- 25 gms

Butter (मक्खन) ---------- 100 gms

Ghee (घी) ---------- 150 gms

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- To taste

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Cardamom (इलायची) ---------- 3 gms

Mace (जावित्री) ---------- 2 gms

Mix Masala (मिक्स मसाला) ---------- 10 gms

Saffron (केसर) ---------- 1 pinch


How to make Kesare Paneer (केसरे पनीर बनाने की विधि)


-> Now take Tomato (टमाटर) + Salt (नमक) +  Ginger (अदरक) + Garlic (लहसुन) + Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) + Cardamom (इलायची) + Mace (जावित्री) and mixed it and make a chutney. (टमाटर + नमक + अदरक + लहसुन + लाल मिर्च पाउडर + इलायची + जावित्री को मिला कर चटनी बना ले)


-> Now cuts the Cheese (पनीर) into 1/2 inch pieces. Now heat the chutney and add Cheese pieces (पनीर के टुकड़े) cooked it for 5-6 minute. (पनीर काटे और चटनी गरम कर के पनीर के टुकड़े इसमें मिला कर पकाये)


-> After you add Cream (क्रीम) and mixed very well. Now you add Butter (मक्खन). (इसमें क्रीम + मक्खन मिला कर पकाये)


-> Now soaked the Saffron (केसर) into 1 tablespoon water for 5 minute. After you mixed this water into Cheese pieces (पनीर के टुकड़े). (केसर को पानी में भिगो कर रखे और बाद में पनीर में मिलाये)


-> Kesare Paneer (केसरे पनीर) is ready.Served it with Naan (नान), Roti (चपाती) or Parathe(परांठे). (नान, चपाती, परांठे से परोसे)
