Khoya Cashewnut Sabzi

(खोया काजू सब्जी)

Ingredients (सामग्री):


Khoya or Mawa (खोया और मावा) ---------- 200 gms

Cashewnut (काजू) ---------- 100 gms

Raisins (किशमिश) ---------- 10 gms

Onion (प्याज) ---------- 100 gms

Garlic (लहसुन) ---------- 9-10

Ginger (अदरक) ---------- 25 gms

Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) ---------- 3 smallspoon

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Tomatoes (टमाटर) ---------- 100 gms

Fennel (सौंफ़) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Big Cardamom (बड़ी इलायची) ---------- 5

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/2  smallspoon

Green Coriander (हरा धनियां) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Oil (तेल) ---------- For requirement


How to make Khoya Cashewnut Sabzi (खोया काजू सब्जी बनाने की विधि)


-> First boiled the Cashewnut (काजू) into 1/2 liter water. When Cashewnut (काजू) became soft then filtrate the Cashewnut (काजू). (काजू में पानी मिला कर उबाल ले)


-> Now take Onion (प्याज) + Garlic (लहसुन) + Ginger (अदरक) and grind it into grinder and make a smooth paste. (प्याज + लहसुन + अदरक को पीसे)


-> Heat the Oil (तेल) in a fry pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then you add Onion-Garlic-Ginger Paste (प्याज-लहसुन-अदरक पेस्ट) and cooked it until Onion (प्याज) turn to golden brown in color. Now you add Tomatoes (टमाटर) and cooked it for 5 minute. (तेल + प्याज-लहसुन-अदरक पेस्ट + टमाटर को फ्राई करे)


-> After you add Cashewnut Paste (काजू पेस्ट) + Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) + Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) and cooked it for 5 minute. (काजू पेस्ट + लाल मिर्च पाउडर  + हल्दी पाउडर मिला कर पका ले)


-> In other Cauldron (कडाही) heat the Khoya or Mawa (खोया और मावा) + Raisins (किशमिश) + Fennel (सौंफ़) + Big Cardamom (बड़ी इलायची) + Salt (नमक) and roast it on medium flame gas until Khoya or Mawa (खोया और मावा) turn  to red in color. (अलग कडाही में खोया और मावा + किशमिश + सौंफ़ + बड़ी इलायची + नमक मिला कर भून ले)


-> Now add the Cashewnut mixture (काजू मिश्रण) + Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) into Khoya or Mawa Mixture (खोया और मावा मिश्रण) and mixed them and cooked it for 6-7 minute. (खोया और मावा मिश्रण में काजू मिश्रण + गरम मसाला मिला कर पका ले)


-> Yummy Khoya Cashewnut Sabzi (खोया काजू सब्जी) is ready. Garnished it with Green Coriander (हरा धनियां) .(हरे  धनिये से सजा कर परोसे)




Aloo Ka Bharta (आलू का भरता व्यंजन )
