In year 2001, R.L. Jalappa Institute of Technology, Kodigehalli was established. It is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belgaum and offered courses by this college is approved by AICTE ( All India Council for Technical Education ), NEW Delhi.RLJIT is an ISO 9000 : 2008 certified institute. Eligibility Criteria

To take admission in B.E / B.Tech Courses, candidates shall have passed PUC-II or any other examination recognized by the University with an aggregate of 45 % marks in Mathematics, Physics and any one of the following subjects, namely Computer Science / Biology / Biotechnology / Chemistry / Electronics /  Information Science.

Admission Procedure:

Admission is based on the entrance test KCET (Karnataka Common Entrance Test) or COMEDK (Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka) or AIEEE (All India Engineering Entrance Examination).
