लेडी बेकॉन्स

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Lady fish (लेडी फ़िश) ---------- 12 medium sized

Coconut oil (नारियल तेल) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Finely chopped onion (सूक्ष्मता कटा हुआ प्याज) ---------- 1

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

For masala:


Tamarind (इमली) ---------- 1 lime sized ball

Grated coconut (कसा हुआ नारियल) ---------- 1/2 cup

Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1 tablsepoon

Red chillies (लाल मिर्च) ---------- 10

Garlic (लहसुन) ---------- 6 Flakes 

Roasted Coriander seeds (भुना हुआ धनिया बीज) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Roasted Pepper (भुना हुआ काली मिर्च) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Roasted Jeera (भुना हुआ जीरा) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Chopped onion (कटा हुआ प्याज) ---------- 1 

How to make Lady Beckons (लेडी बेकॉन्स बनाने की विधि)

-> First you cut the Lady fish (लेडी फ़िश) into 2 pieces. (लेडी फ़िश को 2 टुकडो में काटे)

-> First take the Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) + Red chillies (लाल मिर्च) + Garlic (लहसुन) + Roasted Coriander seeds (भुना हुआ धनिया बीज) + Roasted Pepper (भुना हुआ काली मिर्च) + Roasted Jeera (भुना हुआ जीरा) in a grinder and grind it. (हल्दी पाउडर + लाल मिर्च + लहसुन + भुना हुआ धनिया बीज + भुना हुआ काली मिर्च + भुना हुआ जीरा को पीसे)

-> Now you take Grated coconut (कसा हुआ नारियल) + Chopped onion (कटा हुआ प्याज) + Tamarind (इमली) and again grind it with some water (पानी) and make a smooth paste. (इसमें कसा हुआ नारियल + कटा हुआ प्याज + इमली + पानी मिला कर दुबारा पीसे)

-> Now heat the Coconut oil (नारियल तेल) in a flat bottomed pan and fry the onion (प्याज) until golden brown. After you add ground masala paste (पीसा मसाला पेस्ट) + Salt (नमक), mix it and fried it.(नारियल तेल + प्याज + पीसा मसाला पेस्ट + नमक मिला कर फ्राई करे)

-> When the masala cooked then add the cut fish (फ़िश) mix it and cooked it on medium flame gas. (जब मसाला पक जाये तो इसमें फ़िश मिला कर पकाये)

-> Lady Beckons (लेडी बेकॉन्स) is ready. Served it with  steamed rice (उबले हुए चावल). (उबले हुए चावल से परोसे)
