Lemon Garlic Chicken

नींबू लहसुन चिकन

Ingredients (सामग्री)


Boneless chicken (हड्डी रहित चिकन) ---------- 200 gms

Minced garlic (कीमा बनाया हुआ लहसुन) ---------- 8 - 10

Lemon juice (नींबू का रस) ---------- 3 smallspoon

Butter (मक्खन) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Red chilli flakes (लाल मिर्च के गुच्छे) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Peppercorns (काली मिर्च) ---------- 4 - 6 

White wine (व्हाइट वाइन) ---------- 4 tablespoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- To taste


For the Serving:

2 cups steamed basmati rice (उबले बासमती चावल)

Few lemon wedges (लेमन वेड्गेस)

Few onion rings (प्याज के छल्ले)

Few basil leaves (तुलसी के पत्ते)


How to make Lemon Garlic Chicken (नींबू लहसुन चिकन बनाने की विधि)


-> First Clean the chicken (चिकन) breast thoroughly in normal running water and chop into cubes. (चिकन को धो कर टुकडो में काट ले)


-> Now you take Salt (नमक) + Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) + Lemon juice (नींबू का रस) + 1 tablespoon Butter (मक्खन) and mix it. You also add the Chicken pieces (चिकन के टुकड़े) and mixed very well and keep aside for 20-25 minutes. (नमक + काली मिर्च पाउडर + नींबू का रस + मक्खन को मिला ले और इस मिश्रण में चिकन के टुकड़े मिला दे)


-> Now heat the 1 tablespoon Butter (मक्खन). When Butter (मक्खन) is melt then add Minced garlic (कीमा बनाया हुआ लहसुन) and fired it for few second. (मक्खन + लहसुन को फ्राई करे)


-> Now you add Chicken pieces (चिकन के टुकड़े) + Red chilli flakes (लाल मिर्च के गुच्छे) and mixed it very well and cook on medium high flame until chicken slightly browned. (अब इसमें चिकन के टुकड़े + लाल मिर्च के गुच्छे मिला कर पका ले)


-> Now you add White wine (व्हाइट वाइन) + Peppercorns (काली मिर्च), mix it and cook it for 6 - 7 minutes. (इसमें व्हाइट वाइन + काली मिर्च मिला दे)


-> You also drizzle only few drops of water over all on the chicken and cooked it for more 6 - 7 minutes. (चिकन में कुछ बुँदे पानी मिला कर पकाये)


-> On the other side, prepare a baking sheet/ tray by applying little bit of Butter (मक्खन) (बेकिंग ट्रे पर मक्खन लगाये)


-> Now put the cooked Chicken (पका चिकन) on baking sheet/ tray and keep in the oven and bake it at 350 F degrees for 5-6 minutes. (इस पर पका चिकन रखे और ओवन में पकाये


-> Lemon Garlic Chicken (नींबू लहसुन चिकन) is ready. Serve the delicious Lemon Garlic Chicken (नींबू लहसुन चिकन) is on the bed of steamed rice (उबले बासमती चावल). (उबले बासमती चावल पर नींबू लहसुन चिकन रखे)


-> Garnish with Few basil leaves (तुलसी के पत्ते) and served it with lemon wedges (लेमन वेड्गेस) and onion rings (प्याज के छल्ले). (तुलसी के पत्ते + लेमन वेड्गेस + प्याज के छल्ले से सजाये)
