Lemon Rice With Vegetables

सब्जियों के साथ नींबू चावल

Ingredients (सामग्री):


Basmati rice (बासमती चावल) ---------- 1 1/2 cups

Chopped Cauliflower (कटी फूलगोभी) ---------- 1/2 small

Grated Carrot (कसा हुआ गाजर) ---------- 1 medium

Mustard seeds (सरसों के बीज) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Dried red chilies (टूटी सूखे लाल मिर्च) ---------- 2

Grated coconut (कसा हुआ नारियल) ---------- 2 tablespoons

Curry leaves (करी पत्ते) ---------- 10-12

Olive oil (जैतून का तेल) ---------- 3 tablespoons

Split Bengal gram (चना दाल) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Lemon juice (नींबू का रस) ---------- 2 tablespoons

Split black gram skinless (धुली उड़द की दाल) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Stuffed green olives (भरे हुए हरे जैतून) ---------- 20-25

Lemon (नींबू) ---------- 1

Fenugreek seeds (मेथी दाना) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- to taste

Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon


How to make Lemon Rice With Vegetables (सब्जियों के साथ नींबू चावल बनाने की विधि)


-> First clean the Basmati rice (बासमती चावल) and washed it with clean water and soaked it into water for 1 hours.  (चावल धो कर पानी में भिगो कर रखे)


-> Now first heat the Olive oil (जैतून का तेल) in a non stick pan. When oil (तेल) became hot then add Split Bengal gram (चना दाल) + Split black gram skinless (धुली उड़द की दाल) + Fenugreek seeds (मेथी दाना)  + Mustard seeds (सरसों के बीज) + Dried red chilies (टूटी सूखे लाल मिर्च)  + Grated coconut (कसा हुआ नारियल) and fried it for 2 minute. (जैतून का तेल + चना दाल + धुली उड़द की दाल) + मेथी दाना + सरसों के बीज + टूटी सूखे लाल मिर्च + कसा हुआ नारियल फ्राई करे)


-> After you add Curry leaves (करी पत्ते) + Chopped Cauliflower (कटी फूलगोभी) + Grated Carrot (कसा हुआ गाजर) and mixed very well and cooked it for 2-3 minute. (करी पत्ते + कटी फूलगोभी + कसा हुआ गाजर इसमे मिला कर भुने)


-> Now drain rice (चावल) and add it into pan and mixed very well. You also add the Salt (नमक) + Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर)  + Lemon juice (नींबू का रस) + 3 cup water (पानी) and mixed very well. You also add the Stuffed green olives (भरे हुए हरे जैतून). (चावल + नमक + हल्दी पाउडर + नींबू का रस + पानी + भरे हुए हरे जैतून मिला कर पकाये)


-> You cut the Lemon (नींबू) into thin slices and remove seeds and this Lemon (नींबू) into rice. Covered it by the lid and cooked until rice (चावल) became soft. (नींबू को छोटे टुकडो में काटो और चावलों में मिलाये)


-> Tasty Lemon Rice With Vegetables (सब्जियों के साथ नींबू चावल) is ready. Served it hot.
