Lemongrass Chicken

लेमनग्रास चिकन 

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Lemongrass paste (लेमनग्रास पेस्ट) ---------- 3 tablespoons

Chicken (चिकन) ---------- 750 grams (Cut into 12 pieces on the bone)

Almonds (बादाम) ---------- 30

Melon seeds (तरबूज के बीज/ मगज) ---------- 3 tablespoons

Garlic paste (लहसुन पेस्ट) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Ginger paste (अदरक पेस्ट) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Yogurt (दही) ---------- 1 cup

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Ghee (घी) ---------- 1/4 cup

Chopped Onions (कटा हुआ प्याज) ---------- 3 medium

Chopped Green chillies (कटी हुई हरी मिर्च) ---------- 2-3

Grated Khoya/mawa (कसा हुआ खोया/मावा) ---------- 1/2 cup

Fresh cream (ताजी क्रीम) ---------- 4 tablespoons

Crushed black peppercorns (कुचली काली मिर्च) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Fresh coriander leaves (ताजा हरा धनिया) ---------- 1 tablespoon

How to make Lemongrass Chicken (लेमनग्रास चिकन बनाने की विधि)

-> First peel the 20 Almonds (बादाम) and grind it into grinder and make a smooth paste. (बादाम को छिले और पीसे)

-> Soaked Melon seeds (तरबूज के बीज/ मगज) in half a cup of warm water. After you drain and grind Melon seeds (तरबूज के बीज/ मगज) to a fine paste. (तरबूज के बीज को पानी में भिगोये और बाद में पीसे)

-> Now take the chicken pieces (चिकन के टुकड़े) and add Lemongrass paste (लेमनग्रास पेस्ट) + Garlic paste (लहसुन पेस्ट) + Ginger paste (अदरक पेस्ट) + Yogurt (दही) + Salt (नमक) and mixed very well. (चिकन के टुकड़े + लेमनग्रास पेस्ट + लहसुन पेस्ट + अदरक पेस्ट + दही + नमक को अच्छी तरह मिला दे)

-> Now heat the Ghee (घी) in a non-stick pan. When Ghee (घी) became hot then add Chopped Onions (कटा हुआ प्याज) and fried it until Onions (प्याज) turns to translucent. (घी + कटा हुआ प्याज को फ्राई करे)

-> After you add Chopped Green chillies (कटी हुई हरी मिर्च) + Grated Khoya/mawa (कसा हुआ खोया/मावा) mix it and fried it for 1 minute. (अब इसमें कटी हुई हरी मिर्च + खोया/मावा मिलाये)

-> Now you add melon seed paste (तरबूज के बीज का पेस्ट) + Almond paste (बादाम पेस्ट) mix it and continue to cook. Now you add marinated chicken (मसाला लगा चिकन) and mix it. After you add 1 cup water (पानी) and cooked it on medium flame gas until chicken (चिकन) is cooked. (तरबूज के बीज का पेस्ट + बादाम पेस्ट + मसाला लगा चिकन +  पानी मिला कर धीमी आंच पर पकाये)

-> Now you add Fresh cream (ताजी क्रीम) + Crushed black peppercorns (कुचली काली मिर्च) mixed it and cook for another for 1 minute. (अब इसमें ताजी क्रीम + कुचली काली मिर्च मिलाये)

-> Lemongrass Chicken (लेमनग्रास चिकन) is ready. Garnished it with Fresh coriander leaves (ताजा हरा धनिया) and served hot. (हरे धनिये से सजा कर गरम गरम परोसे)
