मैकरोनी सैंडविच

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Macaroni (मैकरोनी) ---------- 1 cup

Bread (ब्रेड) ---------- 4 Slices

Oil (तेल) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Grated Onions (कसा हुआ प्याज) ---------- 2

Chopped Garlic (कटा लहसुन) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Tomatoes puree (टमाटर प्यूरी) ---------- 2 spoon

Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- to taste

Butter (मक्खन) ---------- as needed for toasting

Grated cheese (कसा हुआ पनीर) ---------- 2 tablespoon

How to make Macaroni Sandwich (मैकरोनी सैंडविच बनाने की विधि)

-> First boiled the Macaroni (मैकरोनी). (मैकरोनी को उबाले)

-> Now heat the  Oil (तेल) in fry Pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot the add Grated Onions (कसा हुआ प्याज) + Chopped Garlic (कटा लहसुन) and fried it until Onions (प्याज) turn to golden brown in color. (तेल + कसा हुआ प्याज + कटा लहसुन फ्राई करे)

-> After you add Tomatoes puree (टमाटर प्यूरी) + Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) + Pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) +  Salt (नमक) + Boiled Macaroni (उबली मैकरोनी) and cooked it for 4-5 minute. Keep this mixture for cooling. (इसमें टमाटर प्यूरी + लाल मिर्च पाउडर + काली मिर्च पाउडर + नमक + उबली मैकरोनी मिला कर पका ले)

-> Now spread the some Butter (मक्खन) on Bread (ब्रेड). After you spread the some Macaroni mixture (मैकरोनी मिश्रण) and some Grated cheese (कसा हुआ पनीर) and put the other French Bread (फ्रेंच ब्रेड) over it. (ब्रेड पर मक्खन लगा कर मैकरोनी मिश्रण + मैकरोनी मिश्रण रखे और दूसरी ब्रेड से कवर करे)

-> Now heat the griddle add little Butter (मक्खन) and toast the sandwiches till both sides are brown and crispy. (टोस्टर में मक्खन लगा कर सैंडविच टोस्ट कर ले)

-> Macaroni Sandwich (मैकरोनी सैंडविच) is ready.
