Malpua Recipe

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) ---------- 200 gms or 2 cup 

Fresh yogurt (ताजा दही) ---------- 100 gms or 1/2 cup

Sugar (चीनी) ---------- 75 gms

Desi Ghee (देशी घी) ---------- For fried

How to make Malpua Recipe (मालपुआ बनाने की विधि)

-> First mixed the Fresh yogurt (ताजा दही) + Sugar (चीनी) and mixed very well until Sugar (चीनी) dissolve. (ताजा दही + चीनी मिलाये)

-> Now filtrate (छानना) the Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) and add the yogurt-Sugar (दही + चीनी) mixture into it. (गेहूं के आटे  को छाने और दही - चीनी मिश्रण मिलाये)

-> Now mixed the water (पानी) into Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) slowly-slowly. Keep this mixture for 20-25 minute. This mixture is like a jalebi mixture. (धीरे धीरे पानी मिलाये)

-> Now heat the Desi Ghee (देशी घी) in a Cauldron (कडाही). When Desi Ghee (देशी घी) became hot then take 1 tablespoon mixture and drop it into hot ghee (घी). Fried it on medium flame. Prepare all Malpua (मालपुआ) is same type. (देशी घी में मालपुआ मिश्रण डाल कर तल ले)

-> Malpua Recipe (मालपुआ) is ready. Served it with hot-hot and Kheer (खीर), Tomato sauce (टमाटर की चटनी), Green coriander chutney (हरी धनिये की चटनी). खीर+ टमाटर की चटनी+हरी धनिये की चटनी से परोसे)
