Mango Burfi

आम की बर्फी

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Mango Pulp(आम का गूदा) ---------- २ कप

Sugar (चीनी) ---------- १५० ग्राम या ३/४ कप

Gram-Flour (बेसन) ---------- १०० ग्राम या १ कप

Desi Ghee (देशी घी) ---------- ७५ ग्राम या १/३ कप

Cashewnut (काजू) ---------- १० - १५ 

Chopped Pistachios (बारीक कटे हुए पिस्ते) ---------- १० -१२ 

Cardamom Powder (इलायची पाउडर) ---------- 1/3 small spoon

How to make Mango Burfi (आम की बर्फी बनाने की विधि)

-> First peel the Mango (आम) and cut it. After you grind it into grinder and make a 2 cup Mango Pulp(आम का गूदा).(आम काटे, छिले और मिक्सी में पीसे)

-> Now heat the Desi Ghee (देशी घी) in a fry Pan. Now you add Gram-Flour (बेसन) and fried it until it turn to golden brown in color. Taken out Gram-Flour (बेसन) in a plate. (देशी घी + बेसन फ्राई करे)

-> Now in other Cauldron (कडाही) add Mango Pulp(आम का गूदा)  + Sugar (चीनी) and cooked it until mixture became thick. (आम का गूदा + चीनी मिला कर मिश्रण गढ़ा होने तक पकाये)

-> After you add Gram-Flour (बेसन) and mixed very well and cooked it on medium flame. If the mixture is not stickiness of the pan its mean Burfi mixture (बर्फी  मिश्रण)is ready. (इमसे बेसन मिला कर मिश्रण को तब तक पकाइये जब तक मिश्रण कढ़ाई के किनारों से चिपकना बंद न कर दे)

-> Now you add the Cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर) + Cashewnut (काजू) and cooked it this mixture until it doesn't come in freezing condition. Off the gas. (अब इमसे इलायची पाउडर + काजू  मिला कर पकाये)

-> Now spread the some Ghee (घी) in a plate and you also spread the mixture  into this plate. (प्लेट में घी लगा कर मिश्रण फैला दे)

-> Now press the Cashewnut (काजू) into Burfi (बर्फी ) with the help of Ladle (करछुल). Keep this for 1-2 hours. (काजू को करछी की सहायता से बर्फी में दबा देते है)

-> Now you cuts its into your Favorite sized. Mango Burfi (आम की बर्फी) is ready. You can store this barfi for 12 - 15 day.
