Mango Laddu

आम के लड्‍डू

Ingredients (सामग्री) : 

Mango Juice (आम का रस) ---------- 500 gms

Roughly Grind Gram flour (दरदरा पिसा बेसन) ---------- 200 gms

Sugar Powder (चीनी पाउडर) ---------- 250 ग्राम 

Ghee (घी) ---------- 200 gms

Fresh Malai (ताजी मलाई) ---------- 1 bowl

Rava/Sooji (रवा/सूजी) ---------- 1 bowl

Cardamom powder (इलायची पावडर) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Chopped Cashew- Almond- Raisin (कटे काजू-बादाम व किशमिश) ----------  1/2 cup

How to make Mango Laddu (आम के लड्‍डू बनाने की विधि)

-> First heat the Ghee (घी) in a Cauldron (कडाही). When Ghee (घी) became hot then add the Roughly Grind Gram flour (दरदरा पिसा बेसन) +  Rava/Sooji (रवा/सूजी) and roast it until it turn to golden brown in color. (घी + बेसन + रवा/सूजी को फ्राई करे)

-> Now you add slowly slowly Mango Juice (आम का रस) and mixed it very well.Keep it aside for 30 minute. (इसमें धीरे धीरे आम का रस मिलाये और पकाये)

-> After it on medium heat roast this mixture and add Fresh Malai (ताजी मलाई). When the mixture (मिश्रण) is separate from the Cauldron (कडाही) then off the gas. (इसमें ताजी मलाई मिला दे और मिश्रण के कडाही छोड़ने तक पकाये और गैस बंद कर दे)

-> After you add Chopped Cashew- Almond- Raisin (कटे काजू-बादाम व किशमिश) and mixed it. (इसमें कटे काजू-बादाम व किशमिश मिला दे)

-> When this mixture (मिश्रण) is cool then add Sugar Powder (चीनी पाउडर) + Cardamom powder (इलायची पावडर) and mixed it. (मिश्रण को ठंडा कर के चीनी पाउडर + चीनी पाउडर मिला दे)

-> Take a little amount of mixture at a time in hand, shape it into round Ladoos and keep them on a plate. Repeat the same process to make other Ladu. (हाथो में थोडा सा मिश्रण लेकर मनपसंद आकर के लड्डू बनाये)

-> Tasty Mango Laddu (आम के लड्‍डू ) is ready.
