Masale bala Lachha Paratha

मसाले वाला लच्छा परांठा

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) ---------- 2 cup

Coriander Powder (धनियां पाउडर) ---------- 2 spoon

Cumin Powder (जीरा पाउडर) ---------- 1 spoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- 1 spoon

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 spoon

Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) ---------- 1/4 small spoon

Amchoor Powder (अमचूर पाउडर)  ---------- 1/2 spoon

Ghee or Oil (घी या तेल) ---------- For fried the Paratha (परांठे सेकने के लिये)

How to make Masale bala Lachha Paratha (मसाले वाला लच्छा परांठा बनाने की विधि)

-> First filtrate (छानना) the Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) and add Salt (नमक) + 2 tablespoon Oil (तेल) and mixed very. With the help of water (पानी) make a smooth daugh. Keep this daugh for 15 minute. (आटे को छाने और नमक + तेल मिलाकर पानी की सहायता से नरम गूथ ले)

-> Now in a plate add Coriander Powder (धनियां पाउडर) + Cumin Powder (जीरा पाउडर) + Salt (नमक) + Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) + Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) + Amchoor Powder (अमचूर पाउडर) and mixed very well. (धनियां पाउडर + जीरा पाउडर + नमक + लाल मिर्च पाउडर  + गरम मसाला + अमचूर पाउडर को मिलाये)

-> Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into round small balls. (आटे की छोटी गेंदे बनाये)

 -> Take a 1 small balls and Flatten each ball and roll out into parathas about 6-7 inch with help of dry flour (सूखे आटे). Now spread the some Ghee or Oil (घी या तेल) on the rolling partha, after you also spread the Masala. Roll the partha. With the help of hands pressed flat the roll. After take 1/4 spoon Ghee or Oil (घी या तेल) and spread it. You also spread the some masala and roll this paratha and make a small daugh. (सूखे आटे की सहायता से पतला - पतला बेल ले, परांठे पर चमचे से तेल लगाकर 1/2 छोटी चम्मच मसाला छिड़क कर फैला दे! परांठे को रोल करे! इस रोल पर १/४ छोटी चम्मच घी और थोड़ा सा मसाला लगायें और फिर से रोल करें और हाथ से दबाकर लोई की तरह ही बना ले) 

-> Heat the tawa  on gas. And  Flatten each ball and roll out into parathas about 6-7 inch with help of dry flour (सूखे आटे).  (सूखे आटे की सहायता से पतला - पतला बेल ले) 

-> Cook a paratha on a tawa  over medium heat. Add a little oil. Flip when one side is cooked. Coat again with a little oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.(थोडा सा तेल लगा कर पराठे को दोनों तरफ से हल्का भूरा होने तक तवे पर फ़्राइ कर ले)

-> Tasty  Masale bala Lachha Paratha (मसाले वाला लच्छा परांठा ) is ready. Served it with yogurt (दही), tea (चाय), Sweet Chutney (मीठी चटनी). (दही - चाय - मिठी चटनी से परोसे)
