Matar Ka Shorba (मटर का शोरबा)

Ingredients (सामग्री):


Green Peas (हरी मटर) ---------- 500 gms

Ginger (अदरक) ---------- 2 (1 inch pieces(1 इंच के टुकड़े))

Ghee (घी) ---------- 3 tablespoon

Garlic (लहसुन) ---------- 8-10

Chopped Onion (कटी प्याज) ---------- 1

Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) ---------- 3

Cumin Seeds (जीरा) ---------- 1/2 spoon 

Bay Leaf (तेज पत्ता) ---------- 2

Salt (नमक) ---------- to taste 

Fresh Cream (ताजा क्रीम) ---------- 1/4 cup


How to make Matar Ka Shorba (मटर का शोरबा बनाने की विधि)


-> First washed the Pease (मटर के दाने) in clean water. And Boiled it with 2 cup water (पानी). When Pease (मटर के दाने) will boild then cold it and grind it in the mixi. (मटर धो कर उबाले और ठंडा कर के पीस ले)


-> Now grind the Ginger (अदरक) + Garlic (लहसुन) + Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) in mixi. (अदरक + लहसुन + हरी मिर्च पीस ले)


-> Now heat the Ghee (घी) in a pan. When Ghee (घी) became hot then add the Cumin Seeds (जीरा) + Bay Leaf (तेज पत्ता). When they begin to change colour then add Chopped Onion (कटी प्याज) and cooked it on the medium heat till it turns golden brown in colour.  (घी + जीरा + तेज पत्ता +  प्याज से फ़्राइ करे)


-> Now add Ginger (अदरक) + Garlic (लहसुन) + Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) paste and cooked it for 1-2 minute. (अदरक - लहसुन - हरी मिर्च मिला कर फ़्राइ करे)


-> Now add the Pease paste (मटर के दानो का पेस्ट) and cooked it for 4-5 minute and stir slowly and continuously with the spoon (मटर के दानो का पेस्ट मिला कर धीरे धीरे और लगातार चलाते हुऐ पकाये).


-> Now add 3 cup water (पानी) and boil it. Now you add Salt (नमक) and separate out (अलग निकालना) the Bay Leaf (तेज पत्ता) and cooked it for 3-4 minute on medium flame. You can also add water (पानी) according to your requirement. (पानी + नमक मिलाये और तेज पत्ता अलग निकाल दे और पकाये)


-> Your Matar Ka Shorba (मटर का शोरबा ) is ready. Garnished it with Fresh Cream (ताजा क्रीम). (ताजी क्रीम से सजाये)
